We make it in Greece for many years.we call it koutalatos... ha ha the spoon coffee.you can add hot water and it becomes a strong instant coffee.you can add cold water and ice and we call it frappe. In that ,in the summer we put a scoop of vanilla ICE CREAM...we even have a special mini mixer just to make this coffee.I don t think there s even a home without one.hmmmm memories of the summer under the sun .imagine our fathers have had this at least since the 90' when I was a kid..I m gonna go have one right now.. thanks for the reminder.❤
my mom in India did this in her college days. she said her room mate was so addicted, she used to do it multiple times a day in her fav mug and she made a hole at the bottom of the mug eventually!

dalgona is full of exercise. you keep stirring the coffee only to see it being foam then you stir it again to mix it with the milk that have the end result, normal coffee milk :) BUT IT’S CUTE SO JUST LET MY ARMS BREAK
