@@anthonynorman7545I feel like they need to add some hints on these bosses, because if someone decides to go blind they most likely think they just need to shot it and not do anything else (And definitely be confused like DF).
Watching DF play some games makes me feel like a father watching his son growing up without giving them any life advice or interference, sometimes being surprised and proud of them and sometimes well. We still love him tho.
Sometimes I don't understand how he doesn't see what's happing on screen, but it desn't make things any less funny (maybe frustrating sometimes i can understand)
So, observations: The circle thing bleeds when you hit it enough, and starts growing pustules. I assume this means the area is becoming weak, so maybe focus on one portion of the wall? The jellyfish thing has two lines coming out of it, going off into the distance. They're made of particles, so they're not easy to see, but maybe something 'over there' is controlling it?
i admit it make me laugh to see how much he didn't even wonder until the end about the jellyfish link. Seem the same thing with the thing on the wall after it bleed.
jellyfish either has healing or a shield, notice the little sparkles between it and 3 points on the map? the wall-boss has a big ol tumor on it somewhere, that's the thing you shoot at to kill it. this also goes for the eye-boss.
btw for that final boss theres little things on the sides of the walls that you needed to hit, you can watch the chain lightning automatically hit 2 or 3 of them
I think I have to say, with full conviction, that hands down in no uncertain terms, of all the videos I've ever seen on youtube, this is unquestionably one of them.
I'm not even going to blame DF for missing the mechanics here. How on earth are you supposed to figure out the weak points when your screen is full of boomerangs, enemies everywhere, and zero feedback on what you need to do?
So DF there is a little shimmer going to the jellyfish. Thats a shield. Track it back and you will find an enemy that you kill to remove the shield. Also for the big mouth look for a bump on the mouth. Thats the weak spot you want to hit.
the exploding projectiles don't get rid of pierce, you just killed everything so quickly initially pierce didnt matter. that is the most dangerouslyfunny thing ever.
even after multiple attempts at the boss and finally killing it at the end DF still didn't know where to hit the boss. The little nubs on the outer most rings.
Explosive bullets didn't actually remove penetration, but because they limited the bullets lifespan you penetrated less. Still would regularly get one or two pen. They even explode when they penetrate, in addition to the end of their life
I thought maybe my initial reaction of introducing Gatorade to my nasal cavity was a bit of an over reaction but after rewatching, can confirm: Step Jellyfish ages like wine.
The big boss at the end that traps you in its mouth is killed by hitting the red ball things on the walls, you only killed it Because you accidently hit them with chain lighting.
It’s not that much of a surprise that the guy who plays bottom of the barrel mindless clicker games and somehow enjoys them isn’t the smartest when it comes to basic mechanics in a lot of games
Hey intern, there's weaknesses to the bosses. So I won the first boss. He starts forming bumps that are not eyes attack. Those, so you can damage him. The jellyfish thing you have to find these things that keep him alive. If you destroy all of them, then he will die and then well the final boss, the mouth saying, you gotta have difficult lumps on the sides, so you can defeat him.
Ok pretty sure the jellyfish thing is tethered to a couple other things which spawn in, and those prevent damage to the jellyfish until killed. Haven't played the game, but that seems to be what's happening (at first I assumed they would do something like speed it up or heal it, but nah definitely seems like invulnerability). *edit:* He noticed toward the end.

You never lost any penetration. Your bullets only fire so far before ending. The explosive bullets are exploding when their pierce the enemy and again when they reach their maximum range
