- Twenty ZR is the brand new simple, compact, light, powerful and fast robot mower, which does not require the installation of perimeter wire. The robot is equipped with the most innovative technologies, which allow it to manage and map the garden by learning its characteristics. ZR technology integrates artificial intelligence systems with radar sensors, allowing the robot to detect grass, recognise obstacles at a distance (stationary and moving), edges and perimeters.

I guess it contains "Coherent Pulses" PCR millimeter wave radar sensor from Swedish company Acconeer, to make it accurately identify grass and concrete, so as to avoid the mower running to non-turf ground such as hard concrete floors and wooden floors.
very excited to see this development, perimeter wires is the biggest reason I don't buy one of these. Now hopefully one that covers more area will soon follow, like at least 3000sqm.
When will this be available for sale in the U.S. market?
Also, if you want better penetration in the U.S., it would be a very good idea to have an even higher cut height available, such as 4 inches (~10cm) for the Upper Midwest, where we use mostly cool season grasses.
I notice you do not point out the max cut height on this unit, but I hope it is at least 3.5 inches.
You state that this unit does not require a perimeter wire, but how is a mowing boundary maintained in the absence of a physical boundary to turn the machine around? I.e. an area of flat open grass shared between two neighbors. Is this maintained by GPS or is a perimeter wire necessary?
Hi! Ambrogio ZR It will be available for 2022. We already have two robots dedicated to the US market with a higher cutting height than the European market. You can see the models on our website www.ambrogiorobot.com.
As for an open flat lawn, to use the ZR it is necessary to delimit the boundary; alternatively, you can choose an Ambrogio with perimeter wire.
@@AmbrogioRobotZCS delimit the boundary ?
Do you ship to Hawaii?
Amazin .. this is what I'm looking for
Will this detect woodchip under a tree ?
Is there a dealer in Ireland?
