@herwordskill178. After reading your request, I looked over Azorius stun options and came to the conclusion that black would be a better assist color than white. With proliferate, black would be able to increase the stun counters and it also had two Planeswalkers that worked well with the deck concept. Hope this still fits what you were originally had in mind even though its not Azorius.
Hey, it's my beloved Thrummingbird proliferating those sweet stun counters! I'm looking at my Modern Azorius version right now. very nice to see a different colored (and different format) approach to the stun-control deck!! If I weren't already subscribed, I'd do it right now
one problem stun faces is that it doesn't stop powerful abilities, which is why my azorius version has [Static Prison] from MH3, sadly they didn't make MH3 Standard legal though (if you're already stunning through other means, [Succumb to the Cold] may be better than [Lost in the Maze] as it's a better rate of mana-to-stun, but is less versatile)
@@TheDerpyDeed Thanks for checking it out! I had Succumb to the Cold in there at one point. 3 each of that and Freeze in Place. It got cut to make for other cards and I added one more Freeze in instead. Ideally I would want an additional stun counter source, but I ended up here in time to make a video of it.
While I love the deck and idea behind it I don't really see the point of tiny bones without discard or even the intention to actually kill anything. I think I'll give it a try with the "draw card every opponent gets a poison counter" instant in place of the tiny bones to add an alternative wincon
He would be a weak spot that could be replaced with a different card. My thoughts behind Tinybones is that I wanted a 1 drop that could also be a threat as a defender in case of mono red/haste decks. Getting him out early gave the chance that Kaito could Ninjutsu his way out early because few people would defend against a deathtouch 1/1 in early game. He also had the benefit of being able to take from their GY in the event I tapped out their creature defence. So, nothing critical, and is ripe for an early drop alternate. I had tried a 1/1 flyer as an alternate because of the ability to attack undefended. Thanks for the comment and checking this out!
