Wowww... This one is for me. Got pregnant at 19 too, I was in 200 level. Zion is going to be 3 by April and thank God for the gift of my family and friends. My dad have said really hurtful things to me but he's actually disappointed cos I'm his only child. I'm done with school now, currently serving and preparing for my ICAN exams and if there's anything that has helped me.... I forgave myself, got closer to God, became active in church, joined the ushering department though the head usher keeps saying a lot of negative things to me, the church elders be like, even the single "saint" sisters are still praying for their husband, just pray you ever get married ooo 😊. But I feel like if I didn't get pregnant or I had aborted, I will be so deep into the sin of fornication by now. I still do not talk about it, I sometimes still feel shy to contribute during Sunday school or youth meetings except I'm in a programme where people don't know my personal story. Thank you TED and Sis Blessing, this episode is for me 🤗

I got pregnant when I was 17 years old and dropped out of secondary school ten years ago. I'm an orphan. Still God helped me, I don't listen to what people said about me. I hold on to God and God used my late dad junior brother to sponsored my NCE program 3 years ago. I graduated one year ago and I got married 1 month ago. With God all things are possible. My son will clocked 11 years old this year. I give Glory to God.

I got pregnant at 18 but my dad and siblings aborted the baby for me, I went through hell and nearly ended my life but grace found me.
But still have that regret and I morn for my baby every year and wished I had ran away or accepted to marry the father in order to save my baby's life.
But one thing that kept me going was God and saw me through my healing process despite my own family badmouthed me but He was the only person that stood by me during my trying times.

I’m a product of a teenage pregnancy and now in my early 30’s, I really bless God for this lady’s life. God led me to start a devotion he calls Hephzibah Daughters which is for Teenage Mothers. I’ve been running away for a long while but started speaking to some of these teenagers mothers this year. I watched this video and felt like God really wanted to encourage me on this journey and it’s just so beautiful to listen to Mrs Blessing story. I count her being featured here a profound blessing! This is the first time of watching these true talk series and it’s no coincidence. I pray this video will bless many souls it’s been sent to.

I also got Pregnant at 19 when I was in 200lv, I had to leave school cus our church members were in my school and my dad is also a pastor and it was a shameful thing to the family. I couldn't stay with my family, he released me to my baby's father family cus they were christians too. I wasn't who I used to be anymore and it was difficult for me to forgive myself or reconcile with my maker. I had CS and there was complications too, child birth changes and all.
I'm back in school now and I have recently reconciled with the lover of my soul(JESUS) and I know that he's taking me to places where I will do greater exploit for him.

This brought humbleness out for me. I commend how Mrs Blessing has shared honestly with us how she face this till she have her testimony. It's so interesting that as a believer we rarely tell people about our mistakes and how we grow out of them. But this is different. It encourages more with the Lord. The testimony is Bright. Glory to God.

I feel blessed watching this episode..... I also got pregnant when i was 18years and gave birth 19years.... I also learnt a lot during that period, after the pregnancy and even now but God has been faithful. I am now married(not the father of my first child) and i have another beautiful girl and the best husband...... I was inspired by the Holy spirit to start a community for young woman who got pregnant early( Young Mother Haven). I keep getting the confirmation daily that the community will help other young ladies not to make the same mistakes we made, we can also be a source of encouragement to those who are presently pregnant, single mother and married woman who got pregnant early. A community that prays and grow together.

Hoodlum! Was it a rape? Were you hypnotized, drugged to do such? This is a rhetorical question by the way. Either way, you don't need to answer the question. If both of parties agreed to sex either deliberately or not. Then, both parties are actually 🤞 guilty. Except for forceful persuasion that may involve physical kind of domestic violence. Well, it's great to learn from such life stories. Also, it's a learning for others. Gratefully, you and the child is alive. That's the joy of it all! To forgive is divine; to err is human! Forgiveness isn't easy. But, it's made possible by grace and the Holy spirit. Forgiveness births healing. You see the display of the essence of Forgiveness in Gbemi 1, Jailer, Abbatoir and other Mount Zion movie!

Also had my first as soon as I gained admission in the university, funny I had tried aborting but that child didn't go no where, so many prophecies came when I was still pregnant, indeed God is faithful. It really helps getting love, help and support from our parents and church. Thank God for God and His love.
I would really love to get in touch with people going through this, if you re interested please let me know let's connect. My son turns 10 this year and I am married too

I think more people will connect to this episode. Some Christians act like everything is perfect. They don't make mistakes etc and they may silently or vocally judge others on issues that are not their weak point. We all have that tendency but this will make us connect more with other people's circumstance or struggles
The guest talked about real issues that young people go through. She also gave an honest opinion of her reaction. Some mothers have post natal depression and they should not feel like their bad or anything.
It's just their way of processing it. That's why mothers need all the support they can get at this period. And we should be careful about the kind of statements we make to people that get pregnant outside wedlock.
Her advice at the end is priceless. She highlights the awesome love of God. Nothing indeed can separate us from the love of God
