Just lovely to watch! Was born in 1962 and have a very close bond with Bridlington, spent my childhood and teenage years living there! It's 38years since i was last there having lived in Australia for the past 37years but in October am returning home to Bridlington and i just cannot wait, its the place my heart as always belonged.

I spent all my holidays from the 60's there Mum and Dad retired to live there in 2003, i always said i want to live there too but i am in Liverpool. Dad recently passed away but Mum still there , been hard to visit this year what with covid going on.

How lovely. I had my childhood holidays there from the early 70s-early 80s too. I am going back for the first time next month. Does anyone remember the llama?!

Thank you for uploading. I was there in the late 60's and early 70's as a child.

Nice video of a place I know well. It must however have been after 1971 as the candyfloss and drinks are priced in decimal coinage

Lovely film but from the fashions I'd say it's more like the 70s.

They didn't have Cornetto's back in 1965 either. Must be early 70s.
