The shaking issue is the halfshaft! Yonaka has one that’s supposed to be 15 percent stronger than OEM. For the HID just replace them with LED. I bought 10$ LED off eBay 4 years ago and they still work great!
I have a shaking at 20-30 miles and then it’s gone, feels like more so the driver side, I’ve changed legit everything in the front suspension, both cv axles 3 different times, transmission rebuild, new mounts, last thing I’m going to try is the half shaft bearing, they are rare to fail supposedly but I feel like I’ve tried it all, I will keep you posted
I’m not sure if you fixed the shaking but I was chasing a shake in my car under acceleration. I thought it was axels but that didn’t resolve it. It ended up being a bad bearing in the transmission.
Yo Toledo, change your headlight bulbs to LED, for the carpet you should do the RIT Dye carpet project, super fun and easy and cheap. Do a video on it, pressure wash it then use a sponge and spray bottle and scrub the dye into the carpet make sure you use the straight black one.
I have to admit watching this makes me miss my 1990 LS Special. Got it brand new out of the dealers showroom. Drove it until 1997 when I sold it. I regret doing that.
Oh my god! That’s incredible! I can’t even imagine how awesome that must of felt buying on brand new 😓 you’re lucky to of done that! It’s never to late to get another one!

Nice car. Your vibration is probably due to a warped clutch pressure plate and/or flywheel. The trans grinding is weak synchros in the transmission. Get some spray foam carpet cleaner from Home Depot and spray all the carpets and mats.....let it sit for several minutes then scrub it with a scrub brush and bucket of clean water. Then either use a wet vac or go to a coin wash and use the vac there to vacuum the dirt and water out.
#1)shake- rack and pinion/tie rod ends/ shity tires meaning broken belt plies inner part of the tire wire part / bent wheel #2)Hid- crappy ballast by a new one thats not an oem part. #3) grind gears- pressure plate, throw out bearing,/ bad synchros in the tranny.
Bad clutch grind. I bot a 1990 5 speed Honda Accord LX 2 door 160k some one put the clutch in backwards girl I got it from said she had it 9 months with no problems.lol tell the clutch were down.lol paid 600 for a clean Honda I also own a 91 Integra RS. 175k only automatic transmission 😢
@@ToledoDIY yeah my DA did it too. I went crazy and started shifting it aggressive saying "I'll give you a reason to grind" also going from 2nd to 1st gear was a bit difficult to get into. The car had to be at a complete stop to shift back into first. Drove me nuts! I still have the car too. It's been dead asleep longer than it's driven lol.
Shakes because the cars to low man. the axles are on to big of a angle should be straight as possible. Try raising right back up and see if it goes away if it does you can try the longer ball joints. Hid problem is the igniter box like $15 on ebay . Watch refined movements video on the carpet dying he does a good tutorial
Funny my da shakes also lol i'm not sure why it does it, I have new mounts also and a b20b swap i was thinking the crank pully because mine has a chip in it but now seeing that yours does it also im guessing its not the issue lol
I have a 91 ls integra & I can relate on 3rd gear it would grind. My solution to that problem was going into the gear a little slower gently and it should go into gear smoother. The headlights also turn on and off on my teggy 😂.
@@ToledoDIY I also have a b20 swap on the DA did you have overheating issues with your car? I can drive it up and down to work no problem. But it’s when I drive out a little far what my car tends to want to overheat do you know what can be the problem?

You will have to use a driver side axle from a 94-01 integra.
@@CiscoDA9RS he would need to change the axles to that year and also change the seal on the transmission. The halfshafts are a different size.

Hey bud my integra did that while back n I change the clutch and bought a flywheel from Autozone n the vibration went away.
Damn!! Thanks so much for the advice Ima definitely do that too
