Damn, that Integra GS-R looks amazing for having over 250,000 miles! Hard to believe that car is 30 years old now! Seems like just yesterday when these cars came out.

@@reallyrandomrides1296 dude I wish!!!! My reality is that I wore that car like it was my only shoes!!!! After 2-3 years it had been through a war...having struck curbs, coyotes, etc. I do miss it now but I exported it as I did not want it due to a hearing problem I developed. My father owned a 1988 Legend, 1990 Legend and a 1991 Legend. I got his 88 Legend Coupe for a while and the 1990 Legend sedan. Those are really nice!! I owned V6, V8, and VR6 for a while until the turbo 4's became popular because my ear too sensitive to noises. The car I wished I had was Civic SI with K motor because when it has balance shifts it is smoother and makes nice sounds. I was a audio addict as well. I like my daily engine to hum not wail or scream. I miss my 90 Integra for the great handling looks and hi speed stability.

@@TysonHugie There was a kid in high school that had one of these... would HAMMER it every single day down our residential street... I really don't think I've ever seen one that was 100% stock since the mid 90's... by 1999 prettymuch all of them were destroyed by the < 40 IQ crowd.

Jay is an amazing guy. It's so cool you got to walk around his shop! I've never been but I know where it is, I used to work nearby and saw him around town several times. One time I saw him at In N Out with a 1914 Premier, I think it was that car he used brand new tech at the time to 3D scan the water pump and cast a replacement part.

Nice GS-R, I bought a 1992 aztec pearl back in the late 90's from my brother as a first car.. which almost resulted in me losing my license a few times. This car was surprisingly quick against the mustangs and camaros of the time and I hurt a lot of egos with it.. so fun and a true automotive unicorn.

I’m impressed you were able to keep this car so clean and original. I bought a ‘92 GSR that had 260kmiles that had seen better days but still drove phenomenally, caught 3rd on the test drive. As I kept it I replaced all warn out parts with aftermarket race parts. I had to swap the engine to a JDM B18c because I could not get replacement parts for the Uber rare 1.7… I couldn’t even get a replacement head gasket for that engine. Still a lovely car to drive…slow enough to not get me into trouble but fun still. I kept it due to what I put into it cost wise, I will never get back. I have an Antique tag and collector car insurance for $300 a year. I track it every now and again. Currently has 360k + miles. Parts include; Eigbach springs, Koni adjustable shocks, poly bushings, ACT stage II clutch, and all the normal bolt ons, carbon hood, swapped in the JDM one piece lights, and got authentic RAys gram light wheels. Dyno tuned with 160 WHP weighing approximately 2700 lbs. Again, props on an all original one. As I said…my car needed serious work when I got it 18 years ago…I tried to keep it tastefully modded.

Ha!!! I was supposed to go to a Burbank address on that block for a TV interview about ten years ago. I buzzed, the gate opened, and an older gentleman brought me inside. I stood there feeling a sense of deja vu. This was before YT, and the show was only on TV. I knew I knew the place, but I couldn't place it. And there was a HUGE steam engine that took up a whole wall. They told me I was in Jay Leno's garage, and they did the same thing, told me to wander around as much as I wanted. My correct address was down the street, but it was still cool as hell to be there.

As you showed the S600, I was reminded of a story. At a past S2000 Homecoming, some of the C local S2000 owners mentioned that they were on a canyon cruise, and met Jay. He had told them that heliked the looks of the S2000, but had never driven one. He then talked to them about his S600 rebuild that he had just finished at the time. What a great experience for you and your GS-R. My biggest thrill wouldn't be meeting Jay Leno, but being able to explore his garage at will as you did. (I'm guessing that Jay himself could appreciate such sentiments.) I've enjoyed motorcycles and cars both throughout my lifetime and for this reason I have a hard time imagining an overall collection that would be more fascinating than his. Looking forward to seeing the Integra getting some love on JLG in the near future!

Sweet ride man, these were pretty cool cars back in the day (still are) and I can’t tell you the last time I saw one on the road. A girlfriend of mine back in 2000 had a burgundy 1996 Integra either LS or GS. It was automatic unfortunately, but still pretty cool… I opened it up one night on the way to the beach.
I remember after 110 mph it started struggling, but got it almost to 120 before I chickened out. After the first Fast and Furious movie came out they all got modded and chopped up. I love that 90s teal, and it’s a 5 speed!!! 😎

Are you possibly thinking of the late Bob Einstein (commonly known for his character "Super Dave Osborne"). Seinfeld had Einstein on CICGC twice, one of them prominently featuring the NSX that Jerry teased him with. laughed harder at those two episodes featuring Einstein than any of the others in the series that Seinfeld aired.
