I definitely agree that Shinnbou would still die. However, how I would see it is Rengoku comes in before Kanao does the Flower Breathing final form. This is her never losing her eye to blindness and Rengoku becomes the main act against Doma while Insouke and Kanao provide support.
I think it's no,since kokushibo is defeated by himself it means giyu and tanjiro can't be a great help,it means there is a possibility that they will gain more damage compare to the akaza fight and that can be a trouble in the final fight against muzan

I think in a scenario where he beats akaza rengoku awakens his demon slayer mark much earlier the hashiras would work way harder after hearing rengoku beat akaza all by himself and then hear tengen going to rescue his wives and so rengoku decides to go with tengen and the trio so less injures and deaths are guaranteed so tengen wouldn't retire and would be close to gaining the mark then tanjiro would still need a new sword so smv arc and muzan would be absolutely furious hearing he's Lost 3 upper ranks and deside to give all the upper ranks abit of blood each then the smv arc is the same as before then the training arc will begin it goes the same I think rengoku or tengen would help fight kokushibo the other would fight doma and so shinobu might not be dead and muzan is killed quicker a few of the hashira die from injuries and then all demons are killed or turned back to humans
Muzak wouldn’t have been killed quicker. The rest might go as you said it would, but yoriichi is the only one who can cut Muzan’s head off, so they will still have to keep him until sunrise.

Stating that if one character is saved then this and that wont happen isnt rly ideal either, since the death of that hashira brought the others to kill douma, having rengoku there to save her can still bring douma's death, atleast having both rengoku and douma die in the fortress arc fighting each other imo would have brought a much larger emotional moment in the anime, i personally believe rengoku died way to early for how much of an impact the anime seems to show

For the entertainment district arc it's impossible to send another upper moon because muzan don't care and he doesn't know where the demon slayers are going besides daki and gyutaro are there from ages to trap human and eat them

to enhance your first scenario what if rengoku learns sun breating with tanjiro during the training arc and adapts it into his flame breathing making him much stronger and so he would not only alter 1 battle but most likely 3 battles...resulting in a massive change .

Scenario 4 unlikely but less loss Rengoku would hold off Akaza barley so he would ending up dying but Rengoku lives and would be unable to fight for most of demon slayer up untill before the infinity castle arc and Rengoku being the best boy he his would teach tanjiro the ways of flame breathing and tanjiro learning more of sun breathing quicker due to flame breathing most of demon slayer would end up the same the infinity castle arc Rengoku would be able to fight and fight would be fighting kokushibo and since akaza ended up dying would end up in the later part of Doma fight (after shinobu death) and would make the Doma fight end quicker so the whole of the Doma fight would end up fighting koku later before koku died and muricho and genya died so they would have a choice A: save muricho B: save genya (wrong choice) If they saved muricho the muzan fight would end a lot sooner because of Rengoku and muricho being hashiras and experienced so 2 lives can be saved geyomi and mitsuri would be alive but unable to fight during the tanjiro fight but would still live but the people who normally died dies and tanjiro learns the sun breathing forms correctly quicker and that would be all
The only outcome where he wins is if he give his life in order to grab akaza and hold him in place and the only way to win would be for tanjiro and inosuke to jump in immediately and help thus giving them the win at the cost of rengoku's life unfortunately there is no other option then this as rengoku knew if he retreated right there it would put everyone in danger as akaza could simply pick them off so he had no choice but to fight retreat was not an option As for future events I believe it would play out the same but if there was a change I think the sword smith village arc and district arc would happen at the same time The swordmsith arc plays out the same with upper 4 and 5 being defeated and marks being discovered (idk if nezuko would get her new form or not but it's very possible) Now the district arc will be different since if tengen goes with 3 random girls like before he would undoubtedly die in the end as gyutaro would prove to much for him leaving daki and gyutator alive but I don't think this will happen If he take inosuke and zenitsu then the defining factor depends on the 3rd person he take since they would have to be stronger then tanjiro and be able to take on daki alone and keep fighting long enough for tengen to arrive and beat her immediately but even if it plays out like normaly in the end everyone including inosuke would die to poison since nezuko isn't there to heal them and the only survivors would be zenitsu (assuming he doesn't get hit by the poison like in the anime) and tengen's wives so the only one walking away would be zinitsu As for everything else to happen muzan would go ahead and make nakime upper 4 and kaigaku upper 6 which leaves 2 vacant spots now if we go by your facts muzan may make a new upper rank with a lot of his blood but there no garentee he or she will be strong enough to be called upper 3 they could take upper 5 but as for 3 or 4 it's unlikely they would be strong enough to be comparable to akaza so if muzan does make another upper rank they are most likely to be upper 5 level or near upper 4 nakime Now for the infinity castle changes are made the kokushibo fight goes as planed same as the douma vs shinobu and nakime vs obanai and mitsuri fight the change would be who giyuu and tanjiro fight if muzan made another upper rank that's who they would face and since they would be alot weaker I think giguu and tanjiro could make quick work of the demon meaning they would finish quicker Douma vs shinobu might play out the same however once she dies kanao faces douma but since insokue likely dies in the district arc she fight alone that is unless tanjiro and giyuu make it to them and assist which would result in douma's defeat then it comes down to everyone except obanai and mutsuri vs kokushibo which I think would result in kokushibo dying a little but quicker and muichiro possibly surviving if he gets lucky and once that happens everything falls back in place with the original story with nakime being the last one but eventually being killed after being mind controlled and then its everyone vs muzan and that of course plays out the same as well So in the end it all comes down to if akaza is killed not of rengoku survives since he has no way to survive other then just not being there but yea evey with all the changes the story would eventually fall back into place at the end
You also forgot to mention the fact that our main 3 works extra hard in training so they can become stronger. Meaning our main 3 is probably gonna die in the fight against Daki and Gyutaro if they somehow someway manage to live they'll still probably die in wordsmith village.

His Flame Breathing could counter Douma's Cryokinesis by heating up the air and melting the small ice shards that act as poison if inhaled. 👍🏻

The only outcome where he wins is if he give his life in order to grab akaza and hold him in place and the only way to win would be for tanjiro and inosuke to jump in immediately and help thus giving them the win at the cost of rengoku's life unfortunately there is no other option then this as rengoku knew if he retreated right there it would put everyone in danger as akaza could simply pick them off so he had no choice but to fight retreat was not an option
As for future events I believe it would play out the same but if there was a change I think the sword smith village arc and district arc would happen at the same time
The swordmsith arc plays out the same with upper 4 and 5 being defeated and marks being discovered (idk if nezuko would get her new form or not but it's very possible)
Now the district arc will be different since if tengen goes with 3 random girls like before he would undoubtedly die in the end as gyutaro would prove to much for him leaving daki and gyutator alive but I don't think this will happen
If he take inosuke and zenitsu then the defining factor depends on the 3rd person he take since they would have to be stronger then tanjiro and be able to take on daki alone and keep fighting long enough for tengen to arrive and beat her immediately but even if it plays out like normaly in the end everyone including inosuke would die to poison since nezuko isn't there to heal them and the only survivors would be zenitsu (assuming he doesn't get hit by the poison like in the anime) and tengen's wives so the only one walking away would be zinitsu
As for everything else to happen muzan would go ahead and make nakime upper 4 and kaigaku upper 6 which leaves 2 vacant spots now if we go by your facts muzan may make a new upper rank with a lot of his blood but there no garentee he or she will be strong enough to be called upper 3 they could take upper 5 but as for 3 or 4 it's unlikely they would be strong enough to be comparable to akaza so if muzan does make another upper rank they are most likely to be upper 5 level or near upper 4 nakime
Now for the infinity castle changes are made the kokushibo fight goes as planed same as the douma vs shinobu and nakime vs obanai and mitsuri fight the change would be who giyuu and tanjiro fight if muzan made another upper rank that's who they would face and since they would be alot weaker I think giguu and tanjiro could make quick work of the demon meaning they would finish quicker
Douma vs shinobu might play out the same however once she dies kanao faces douma but since insokue likely dies in the district arc she fight alone that is unless tanjiro and giyuu make it to them and assist which would result in douma's defeat then it comes down to everyone except obanai and mutsuri vs kokushibo which I think would result in kokushibo dying a little but quicker and muichiro possibly surviving if he gets lucky and once that happens everything falls back in place with the original story with nakime being the last one but eventually being killed after being mind controlled and then its everyone vs muzan and that of course plays out the same as well
So in the end it all comes down to if akaza is killed not of rengoku survives since he has no way to survive other then just not being there but yea evey with all the changes the story would eventually fall back into place at the end

You also forgot to mention the fact that our main 3 works extra hard in training so they can become stronger. Meaning our main 3 is probably gonna die in the fight against Daki and Gyutaro if they somehow someway manage to live they'll still probably die in wordsmith village.
