As you were making your bark, I was going to say.. lay the sections more mixed on flavour.. easier to get a mix and swirl. Also when you add your toppings it will fill in the rest of the cookie sheet. Toppings can be anything.. go to a chocolate shop and you can get idea.. oreos, dried fruit, macadamian nuts. You may want to try the smaller pan, you can make different flavours. Chocolate may go on sale post Christmas, Valentine, Easter...
Who remembers choclick? It was cheap powdery chocolate and crushed Smarties. Sold in large sweet jars and weighed out into a few ounces. Similar to you M&M mixture.
In older adults, UTIs often cause confusion, and often not diagnosed right away. I would ask about that if your Mom becomes confused again. The typical signs of UTI sometimes aren’t obvious. Wishing your Mom the best in her recovery.
Christmas houseguests have gone and I am caught up on the vlogs - yay. The Chocolate Bark looks delicious - over here they crush peppermint candy canes into it as well. Different melting temps between dark, milk and white chocolates. I am sure you are aware but mentioning just in case not - PCCI (nickname chemo brain or chemo fog) is now a recognized issue that can occur in some patients undergoing intense chemotherapy.
Praying for NIck's mom... I hope she was well the next day and was able to get to Ikea. I watched my mom go through cancer and chemo and I know how hard it is not only for them but the family to watch them go through it.. My mom has made a full recovery and I;m praying for the same for NIck's mom
The same thing happened to my grandma when she was on sedatives and barely eating she woke up at 3:00 a.m. freaking out and I had to go to the hospital to comfort her. It's a scary feeling but thankfully she recovered quickly. I hope your mom is feeling better.

Hi guys, I made something similar to your chocolate slab, I got the recipe from an American cook called Ina Garten, she calls it chocolate bark and she melts the chocolates in a microwave then pours it onto grease proof paper, she adds dried apricots and other fruits, I've made it before and it is so moorish. Great vlog as usual xxx
You should have put the M&Ms, nuts and biscuits in a freezer bag and bashed it with the rolling pin then you could see how well they were bashed up and you wouldn’t lose them. Nick, I really do feel for you, it’s so very hard looking after anyone going through cancer. I’ve done it twice now and it’s difficult. Make the happy memories when you can and try to make the days out as normal as possible. ❤️

Guys we got a amazing cheese from M & S no 3 in flavour 👌 called Manchego cheese PDO , from Spain 👌👌its gourgous cheese dear but well worth it
We make this, but melt it in bowls so it swirls better, and we melt peanut butter into the white chocolate 🍫 😋
