hola Gaton, soy de Neuquen, de ver tus videos me entusiasmé y me fabriqué unas cuantas masas de cemento con masetas y palos de rastrillos que compre en la ferreteria, lamentablemente me quedaron repesadas y no las puedo ni mover...jajaj finalmente en un envase de coca de 3L logre una de 7,6kg que con dos manos me la aguanto asta ahí..je....pero ya me voy fortaleciendo y mejorando la técnica gracias a tus consejos.....hace unos días compre tu libro por mercado libre y estoy esperando que llegue ansioso para leerlo ( tarda 28 días en llegar) .......gracias por la motivación y la orientación que me das loco, te mando un gran abrazo
@@fitnesswork , si, claro! Pero, what sort of shoulder exercises do you think are important for mace lifters? The long (10 minute+ sets) that you and your sort do are very demanding. I'm wondering if any of your training is specific to shoulder health for mace lifters and if so, what you would advise.
@@KsChina I understand the question. I do traditional weight training in the gym and it complements my Macelifting training. If you achieve a good adaptation and your technique is good, the shoulders do not suffer in Macelifting. I am used to doing Macelifting marathons (almost 500 I have done). So 10' for me is little.

Şimdiye kadar yaptığım en ağır tek elli top, her elde bir tekrar olan 35 kg idi. 32.5 kg ile rekorum 41 tekrardı (21-20)
