Mikhail never lifted in the games

It's so weird having grown up watching wrestling, thinking about all the giants in WWE, and then realizing as I got older that Mark was genuinely EXACTLY that guy. In hindsight I'm wondering why they didn't push him harder sooner.

He didn't even stick to a specialization. He did powerlifting, olympic lifting, AND strongman and entered global championships in all of them. He also didn't really compete or train in these disciplines into what would have been his prime. He probably could have been the GOAT at one of these things, particularly weightlifting. He just wanted to be a pro wrestler. The guy was lowkey as much of a wonder of the world as Andre.
