I'm impressed by how well he articulates what needs to be done and doesn't seem to be a push over but seems to want to work with everybody. He sounds like Jim Schwartz his initial interview when he excepted the job. Hoping this works out well good luck.

Browns are my team,3rd.gen! If ken is the guy thats going to move the ball into wins,I'm going to support him! You can't ignore his production he's gotten out of these Qb's,so its well earned and respected! I trust the front office,and I'm excited for kevin and i believe he's our play caller. To have a guy that can breakdown the play to watson in a way he can understand it, is exactly what we needed! Also having our beloved nick chubb back is almost sounding like a explosive season. Im happy for watson,he's been expressing his passion and excitement for this up coming season!
How do you pay a QB 230 mil. that doesn't already know the ins and outs of his position? I'm not convinced that Ken can bring the best out of #4 but we will see🤞🏻🤔

I think this is a good hire. Kevin will continue to call plays, which is fine. KD will be much more effective at scheming a game plan each week versus AVP
One thing he said I don't like...The number of people he had to talk to in the interview process. Tells me too many cooks in the kitchen. What they call "collaborative" others called meddling. A bit worrisome for me.

Please keep Kareem! I have watched his progress since he was a Lake County football warrior and have been so proud of him in his accomplishments. Anyone I have talked to that knows him has said he is an awesome person. His heart is in Cleveland and he definitely plays with his heart when here. Please keep him on his hometown team! We love him!
I say Ken Dorsey was brought here to fix Deshaun Watson. He fixed Cam Newton and Josh Allen. Now, he gets the chance to fix Watson. Believe me, Stefanski has to give up play calling. Dorsey wouldn't be here if that was not so.

This guy offense the past 2 years wasn't rank 2nd behind the Chiefs 4 no reason he is Elite in the most important stats 2nd in EPYAP 2nd in 3rd down pass yrds 3rd in Pass Yard Efficency 4th in total yards a game 3rd in Yards Per Pass 2nd in Third Down Completions n 3rd in Total Offense ..... Those stats is how you win games n under Dorsey our offense will be more DIVERSE with different formations, more receiver screens, MORE USAGE OF NJOKU, n more deeper routes..... The player who will have a breakout year under Dorsey if he stays is Elijah Moore bcuz Dorsey loves n is great scheming up quick WR screens n love quick fast guys in the slot to attack the middle of the field Moore will play that Gabe Davis role..... But I HOPE WE CAN GET TEE HIGGINS OR CALVIN RIDLEY HE WOULD DOMINATE OPPOSITE OF COOPER N RIDLEY IS A TOP 3 ROUTE RUNNER WHO ALWAYS GETS SEPERATION.... i don't think so we know Chubb is gonna be Chubb regardless and this move was made to let Watson play to his strengths. Chubb will be fine and he'll still be here but this is Deshaun's team and offense not Chubb's

It wasn't his offense, it was dabolls offense with little to no tweaks he ran just the basic parts of dabolls offense. All Ken Dorsey is going to do is make Stefanski coffee and shuffle some papers. Stefanski and his OLD version of the West Coast offense will still be the same stale ball movement because it will be Stefanski calling the plays.
Of course, when the Browns offense starts floundering again with Watson at QB the finger pointing will start and of course Stefanski will fire Dorsey so to deflect blame yet again.
