just tonight i got a p0046 code, on my 2014 hilux* what can cause the issue? u never said anything other than it might not be the stepper motor- actuator
@Fourby4diesel I have a 2008 Thai 3.0 D4d SVR throwing this same code 110k Km all factory stock. Usually happens when I accelerate a little bit (60kmph Highway or slight hill). I dont know where to start since there are SO MANY DIFFERENT opinions on this. ( I heard so much as wiring defective at the sump, cleaning turbo Link Vanes, Turbo vacuum lines dirty/clogged/heat fried, Turbo vacuum solenoid valve defective, Dirty or Stuck Turbo wasteGate, stepper motor wiring to turbo driver, bad turbo driver, dirty Egr, clean Maf, replace MAP, clogged fuel filter, This, That). Oh man.. i dont know where to start. Help !
Tried this first and then Liqui-Moly diesel decarb into turbo intake. That cleared it all up.
