    I love this device as you can leave it on your trunk for years and when needed you can charge it with anything from 5V to 12V even a phone power pack can work 👍

    I personally love my noco gb150. It will start a truck even with no battery.

      I was actually going to buy a noco and honestly from what I've read it's probably the best lithium battery jump start box you can buy. I was just really intrigued with how this thing worked, if it worked. I think both have a place in the shop. I do really like the ability of the autowit to charge in less than 10min, (once I figured it out). Will it work over and over again when needed, I guess only time will tell.

    Nice I had the first model. It was a little more confusing to use in my opinion, especially if you have a completely dead battery like you had. this one is more user friendly, and the first one did NOT come with a case. I think I’ll buy this one too

    Autowit super cap really work. i have one and used it for me and help other people that need it i wouldn't buy nothing else. i had some other jump started and honestly if you don't keep them charge the moment you need it they won't work. Sure you need to charge Autowit too but it needs berry little power to charge and it charge Quick.it took me between 3 to 5 minutes to jump start my or some one else car.

    I got a question when when you install the Upgraded unit radio, how did you keep your factory chime? Because that big speaker that comes to what it will have a different chime And turn signal sound

    • @T_B_C_L
      @T_B_C_L  Рік тому

      The Eonon radio comes with a little speaker specifically for the chime sounds. Problem with the speaker is it's way to loud and does not have any volume control that I know of. To remedy this I covered the chime with Tesa tape. Although not perfect it's definitely tolerable now.

    Granted most of the time one will be near another car or AC and charge this up like you did. What other power sources can you charge this with?
    Im thinking what if one is out in the middle of nowhere with a totally dead battery. All one has are those little emergency battery power banks designed for cell phones.
    Can those be used to get this thing charged up?

      @@kingforaday8725 yup it sure can! This works great as long as you are not trying to start a big v10 motor or a diesel. I've used it multi times on V8's and smaller cars with success. Come to think of it, you could probably charge this with a Dewalt battery 🤔

      @@T_B_C_L I watched another video review of this product and came to realize its a one shot deal. One isnt gonna be able crank the engine over several times, pump the gas pedal, etc. It either kicks over the first try or its back to charging it again. Id be concerned about all the electronic "stuff" on newer cars that come on when the ignition switch is turned. Will those things drain so much power the engine wont crank.

      @@kingforaday8725 it is definitely as you described. I've used it on 5 different cars successfully. Only vehicle that it failed to start was my work truck F450 v10. I would say maybe having one like this and a battery version would be best to have on hand. I just like the ability to charge this in just a few minutes in a pitch. The battery type would take much longer.

    I just tried it today and it didn’t work, the car is dead like 2 months, so I did exactly what you did, I charged the autowit to %100 from another car then went back quickly to the dead car, I pressed the red button and it doesn’t countdown, I made sure the + with + the - with -
    Same thing it doesn’t countdown
    But it does on healthy car

      @T_B_C_L  День тому

      @@Mo-nj4yi hmmm, only think I can think of is the battery is so dead it's not recognizing its connected to a battery. This has happened to me once. Do at your own risk but I took a 20v Dewalt battery and connected it to the car battery for a few seconds and it transferred enough juice to the car battery to be recognized but the jump box. I used large 10awg wire for my connections. Like I said try at your own risk.

    So it’s a charger that needs a charger unless you have some battery power left to charge it 🤣

      The lithium battery jump packs are relatively short lived, and require proper maintenance charge routines to give a decent service life. I like the super cap ones because they're able to be just left alone in the trunk for years in any weather and still work when needed.

    • @rudyruiz9521

      They work great, and yes it does need some voltage to charge OR discharge. If he didn't have the tender on it it would have done anything when he hit the button. They are ideal for just throwing it in the trunk and going. I doubt most people will be in a scenario where the battery has zero bolts going to the store, movies, etc. The battery will have some voltage even with a dead cell.
