firstly, I love Cradle of Filth, you guys are totally awesome.
Ive never played any instrument before, none whatsoever but Ive longed to play electric guitar so I finally purchased one. my question is, how long do you think it would be before Im able to play the way you do.

Firstly, thanks for checking out the video and buying a guitar! Awesome.
It does take a lot of practice. Bear in mind I've been playing guitar for nearly 20 years, but I was able to play songs like this after a few years. Keep practising and enjoy what you play and you'll be surprised how quickly you will get results :)
