@federico. If you look for Irish mandolin channel you will find donegal lass tabs and audio. although Javier plays some of his own licks in this video it’s not that complicated once you have the basic tune down. Good luck

Looks like GDAE to me. He reaches to the 5th fret for high note... on GDAD tuning that is fret 8...
