Nice setup. Exactly the guide I’ve been looking for. Did you test your setup with a laser gun? With the front 3 scramblers so low & recessed, compared to a normal car grill, I was curious how effective it was
@@jonathanxakellis4526 There were definitely problems with them being that low in the grill. They really need to be near the headlights. I tested with a "standard" gun and a DE. The rear was great against the regular one. The DE was rough. The front was much better after testing, but really need to be higher. I was going make custom gromets and put them in the bumper below the headlights and in the middle where the grill was. My 3D print design skill couldn't get it done.
Nope! I was able to adjust the brightness in the app and now I have another source of look at without taking my eyes off the road if I don't have my app loaded.
Are you asking about the firewall? If so, there's an unused gromet I point out in the video, remove that grommet and cut a hole just large enough for all of your wires. Then run your wires and put the grommet back in. I put a hole that extended to the edge if that makes sense, but left enough material for it to close once the wires were back in.
@@familyj4715 Look a the front cables section. You'll see where I went through. It'll make a lot more sense when you get the frunk out and look at it. It didn't make any sense to me either when I looked at pictures.
