This is genuinely a very helpful video. Well documented and showing torque specs is helpful for people without quick access to that information. Well done guys.

Unfortunately, we don't have any tutorials of replacing the engine and autotransmission mounts in the Bmw E60. But we have a lot of other videos of the Bmw E60 and they can be found here: ua-cam.com/play/PLWep5LzT0sxlpE0W2VePTJYKcP1HknmRp.html

Looks like useful to measure wheel centre to arch whilst on ground for bolt tightening or do you lift until car goes light on axle stands?

No need to preload the suspension before final torque of the control arms?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to answer your question unambiguously, you can find out this information in the technical documentation for the repair of your car.

I can attest it (looking into BMW TIS) - in particular, for the control and tension arms, tie rod ball joint - and the bearing itself! Moreover, on e60 the TIS demands replacing also the bolts fixing the arms..

Touched all over the brake disc with a oily glove, not a major problem, but not the best practise.
