Thanks for the video, I have a 2007 fusion. The box I got has the model number 7e5t-14b476, your box was 6e5t-14b476. My box doesn't have the small connection at the top of the new box. I haven't looked at the original sub yet. Do the numbers make a difference.
Mine stays on in front passenger side and rest blink fast. I will try taking out the ones that stay on instead of paying the $600 as we don't have junk yard in our 100k town. But probably others won't blink then.😜
The lady of the house took it to Autozone, and they put new bulbs in. No dice, they still stay on so have to disconnect battery when done driving till its fixed.
Interestingly, when one looks for a turn signal flasher on the Ford parts website, PN HU5z14N089B is shown, a square relay. The search for pricing on the smart junctionbox brings up two irrelevant items.😗

Mine both work fine don’t stay on but just blink fast didn’t start until I put led in high beams and low beams

Hopefully it’s your bulb going out and don’t need to replace the small part that was broken/ shorted as shown in this video.
