I’m getting multiple brain surgeries in February and have no idea how long recovery will be or what my future will look like. I’ve been disabled for 10 years and have finally been diagnosed at the age of 30. I’m so scared and have lots of anger toward the hundreds of doctors who disbelieved me (but so much love for the 2 who listened). I want to let go of the hate and the fear and have these surgeries be like my rebirth. I’ve admired the Artist of Life workbooks for several years, but this year is the first time I bought one. It feels like the right time for me.

December wasn't easy...
I decided calm would be one of my 2021 theme words, feels like a lot of us need that xxx
3:20 - my heart dropped. The first year with a new dog is the most expensive for so many reasons. I had a nail clipping accident with my dog in the first year and I was so scared, but now I just don't clip my dog’s nails haha. I'm glad he's okay and recovering. It's sad to see young dog babies sick.

OMG! I understand you! On November, I left a container of Rotisserie Chicken out on the table for about a minute and a half while I went to the bathroom (my dog rarely ever reached to the table, and she ALWAYS follows me when I go to the bathroom) and she ate the whole thing, bones and everything. She's not a big dog, so that was A LOT for her. She had GI surgery and had to stay at the vet for 3 days, and I've never been more heartbroken! I literally cried the whole time. Not an hour went by without me having to dry my eyes about a hundred times!
She's good now, and I'm so grateful for that! 🙏🙏🙏 And so happy your baby is okay too! ❤❤❤

Wauw I was reflecting on my year, and it's been so busy and i couldnt keep up. I just felt so ashamend because i was behind on everything and my clients had to remind me. and i was planning januari and i just had a pile of stuff that was already on the calender to do. When you said you wanted to slow down in Januari is realized that i was making myself way busier that i could handle. So thank you for the lesson that i needed to listen to my body to slow down and stop taking on so many projects i cant keep up with. I love love love your content. thank you for it.
Loved this! Just ordered my planner! I became a mom in January 2020 and so the entire year was spent learning how to be a good mom and keeping my little human alive. Now I’m finally ready to shift some of my focus back on caring for myself. ❤️
I really like the fact that you provide these exercises and prompts for journaling on UA-cam so even people who don't have the workbook can follow along. The integration of your workbook into the video is done so well

After watching your numerology video, I discovered that 2020 has been my personal year 9 so I'm really feeling like 2021 is a new beginning for me. Will definitely be wrapping up my year and transitioning to the next with some of these exercises.

You are a success because you remembered the most important thing.... self love and pouring out love to those around you. At the end of the day that’s what matters most. With that being said your products/channel are amazing to me. I love your class, style and soft spoken manner. I think it will be really important for you to have GREAT project managers and a personal CEO. I learned that thru 30 years of being “the boss”. It was the only way for me because it gave me time for me. They can manage the staff....projects.... and all will learn from your soft spoken loving style.

Describe December in one word:hopefull.
Highlights from the past month :passed GAT With 83%.
My suicidal thoughts are getting back.
Passed my 5th semester with97. 67% with CGP:99.21%.
Halfway through the splits.
Dyed my hair burgundy for the first time.
Isolated myself from the world.
One thing I'm proud of: my GAT degree.
One thing i learned:you are the BOSS of your life. It's NOT okay to let others plan your life. If you don't like anything just say no.
How can I improve for the next month?
Study more. Pray more. Workout on time. Clean eating. Go to the nature. Fix that sleeping schedule. Pamper yourself more. It's more than OKAY to get a therapy session for your OCD. do to do lists each day after praying. Learn new things and be productive.
How have i grown this year? I thought this year is gonna be normal and peaceful as old days of my teenage years. Once i became 16 on January 10th 2020. My mentality Changed alot. I learned that you shouldn't accept every value your parents teach you because simply they could be wrong. I got suspected to have OCD. I got anxiety for 2 and half weeks straight and my whole life turned upside down. After my friend's death i learned that death is not gonna wait for me till i grow up. It may come anytime. I discovered myself by reading more and tried Journaling but couldn't keep focused and that's alright. I learned that i have to stop trusting people. I stopped telling people my problems and my personal matters, i am working on fixing everything by myself. I am becoming drama free each day. I learned that it's okay to fail and it's more than fine to sin. Just repent and trust Allah.

January will be: progressive and calm -Allah's willing -.
Top 3 goals for January :
1. Get closer to Allah.
2.lose weight.
3. Get splits.
Many goals :
1. stretch everyday. Eat healthier. Pray more. Read Quran more. Workout 5 times a week.
Weekly breakdown for the goals and mimi goals.
Week one: lose 0.5kg and eat three meels every day. Start epic 2 program and 21 days tone up.
Memorize 1 page of holy Quran.
Pray everyday. Stretch.
Week two: celebrate my birthday. Lose 0.5kg. Pray everyday. Memorize 1 page of holy Quran. Stretch.
Week three:lose 0.5kg. Stretch more. Rest your body. Go back on track with school life(remain drama free queen).Memorize 1 page of holy Quran.
Week four: lose 0.5kg. Stretch deeper. Pamper yourself with a soak warm bubbly bath. School before friends babe. Pray, pray, pray. Memorize 1 page of holy Quran. Plan February!!
(these are the most important things you should do everyday but of course there's more that I'll put on the to do lists that you should be focusing on besides these top goals).

I invested in Tesla, nio and bitcoin, all are profitable but bitcoins is is the leading becasue of the
massive profit
But for real Bitcoin is really profitable
Acceptance and self care improved my life in 2020. Yoga and emotional literacy was the bedrock for me. Affirmations help a lot too! Progress not perfection in this life🤩

Love your relaxed goals for the month of January :) a good reminder that we don’t have to go so hard just bc it’s the beginning of a new year! Also for the switch I 1000% recommend Paper Mario! It’s so cute and fun to play, and I also grew up making things out of origami so it also provides a sense of nostalgia for me :’)

Hey! For AC fans i recommend Stardew Valley. Idk i just get similar Vibes as in animal crossing, its super chill and the graphics and music is gorgeous (if you like pixel style). Just look it up :) Also its just 20 Euros or so (sorry idk how much dollars, but i guess its not that different)

Starting slow is a really great idea. Not being too ambitious too fast.
Fellow personal year # 8 here. I think it's perfect that you're setting “calm“ as your goal, not rushing to grow your brand or to buy a house too quickly, especially when entering your # 9 year toward the end of 2021 :) What I need to work on is cleaning my bedroom and fixing a schedule for Sun thru Thu (6am to 4pm each day) - embarassing cause that's most of the week, but I might as well put it out in public to motivate myself! Finding your videos was one of the nicest gains for me in 2020. G-d bless you with good health and peace in 2021 and beyond..!

I've seen all of the plan with me videos but always pushed it aside to do later and then never get to it. This year, I am going to stick through all of the plan with me videos which will really help me keeps things on track. I'm super anxious this year since I'll be graduating from college. I think this will help with feeling like I have some control and keep me grounded
the first two days started rough but then you reminded me to take it slow and easy, I needed that thank you
I've been on a duolingo streak and I have to say that duolingo is really a well designed game. I feel so satisfied after getting through the frustration of a difficult sentence (just like solving a puzzle game/task) and I really feel the dopamine rush. It feels like a game (at least to me) and it's also teaching/reteaching some language skills (you use it or lose it with language!). That's my recommendation. Hope you find something to play that helps you unwind!

Katamari reroll is easy to pick up, super silly and light hearted, and has a hilarious sense of humor!
Minit: a fun little adventure puzzle game where you have 60seconds to complete things before you restart at a save point. Its a little challenging, bit also super cute and fun!

Thank you Aileen for this video, you always inspire me to focus on reaching something, call it productivity or to stay calm. I was also looking for a game to play this month until I got a kalimba as a gift. I couldn't play any musical instrument so it's been pretty challenging but the sound it makes is very calming.
