Whew! You just made me realize how out of shape I actually am! Thanks so much for this one. I have scoliosis and building a strong core is paramount! :)
Thank you. I haven't done any of your videos before so I was doubtful about the workout beibg for begginers and challenging me and strengthening my core. Oh my god, the stretches at first where fine, but when we were going into downward dog and then planks I knew that yes this yoga workout is effective and it's challenging, but I can mange completing it. This was put together beautifully, thank you.
I'm so glad I made it until the end. It was hard but totally doable for beginners! I will do this every morning for a month because I really need to build some core strength :)
bird you know what you have just built that trust with me , when it comes to yoga , I just trust you that this is going to workout for me as I have seen results in your previous yoga , thanks for doing it man ,you are doing a great job out there :)
AWESOME for beginner .... some others are just too fast for a new learner but this was the perfect speed to both watch the movement and get into position. THANK YOU 😊👍
I like the flow and length of the beginners video. Now I need to watch one and get my sweat on lol. Yes, I was happiest when she said back to child's pose too😆
Merci beaucoup Bird! I think that some of the postures will help sooth my (SI) sacro-iliac joint pain. Do you have or could it be possible to create a special yoga for sacroiliac joint?
It definitely targets the entire upper body, perhaps you have a fairly strong core and need something a bit more intense or you may not have correct alignment or engagement so all of the work is in your arms.
it still may slip. But its up to you. Perhaps avoid any poses for now that you slip it. Hands and feet that slip can compromise the pose, you are too busy trying to stay in the poses rather than engaging properly or simply being present. Plus you can get carpal tunnel, i got that from a Walmart mat years ago unfortunately. Getting a grippy mat was the best investment for my practice.
Hi, I'd like to know from people who regularly workout from this channel about any specific vidoes I should do to lose weight and tone. I don't mind a mix of but I'm finding it quite difficult to choose what will help me so some suggestions will be great!
Ahh yes and not every advanced practitioner is flexible either. Beginner yoga doesn’t mean inflexibility, it is simply a great foundation to build upon. This class is a great foundation to build strength for anyone lacking in the area of core strength or wanting to begin towards that goal, this can be anyone regardless of flexibility. This is a great start however if that range of motion or flexibility isn’t there, yoga for inflexibility is a great option, it is beginner friendly and offers great modifications. Have a look at my 30 class series for inflexibility if you are interested. I hope you can find something that relates 🙏 ua-cam.com/play/PLCIrre1vyDlybJmrSb19MiVWnve5slKTJ.html

This is a great core video. And that bound wrist wave is absolute magic. Thanks, Bird!

I love you bird 😍😘
love to you too :)
@@YogaWithBird waaw 😍thank you so much bird 😘
This was a great workout for my arms but i felt like it barely touched my core! Am i doing it wrong or are my arms just that weak?
It definitely targets the entire upper body, perhaps you have a fairly strong core and need something a bit more intense or you may not have correct alignment or engagement so all of the work is in your arms.
@@YogaWithBird thank you! I'm feeling the soreness in my upper body today. I think I was expecting more abs than deep core. Thank you for replying ❤️
Hi bird good mornig
❤️
How to stop hands from getting so sweaty? I keep sliding out of position
you need a grippy mat or you will continue to slip which isn't safe. i recommend lululemon or liforme mats
@@YogaWithBird do you think putting a towel under my hands would work for the time being? thank you for answering btw x

@@YogaWithBird hmm ok! Ill keep that in mind definitely. Thanks again xx

Aaargh😮
Beginners have a difficult time siting on their feet. This is not beginners yoga.
