Salam Dr Omar. my age is 39 male 2016 I played Sony ps3 for a year from then I started having seizure twitching of jaw bone n left hand jerks, n no loss of memory from 2017 my neurologist started Oxcarbazenine 300 mg thrice a day, but the seizure continued twice or monthly once so ge added Lacosam 50 mg thrice a day but still the seizure triggers monthly or in 2 month once especially when I watch Television or when I use cellphone more. What should I do? Doctor? And we Don’t have any epileptic family history either

I started having seizures at the age of 35 and I am Epileptic.
I have become more highly sensitive to my environment and sometimes have to wear noise canceling headphones or avoid to much stimuli.
Autistic people are 30% more likely to have Epilepsy, I’m wondering if that’s the cause for my sudden Epilepsy at the age of 35 (I’ve not been diagnosed with Autism) or is Epilepsy causing me to be more sensitive to my environment?
My dad has his first seizure (may) then second one (aug) and then third and fatal one right after the second . He wasn’t takin his meds and now he’s in a coma and won’t wake up 😭
