You have given some great advice on all points of worship drumming....I've been playing for my church with the orchestra/choir and Praise Band for 34 years and it is great to finally see someone like you to educate and point out ideas to improve the skill in Worship Drumming. It is not just a routine beat now in the Christian music business. Songs have become more difficult and intricate and no one can say the church drummer is a weak cog in the wheel. To play the tunes on Sunday morning is not the only kind of music to be prepared for; it is also the Musicals for Easter, Christmas and July 4th that have really become harder to play in readings of sheet music. If you do not know how to read charts, you are not a complete drummer, plain and simple!

Thanks a lot for watching and thanks for the support Richard! Have you been practicing anything specific lately in your drumming?
