@@jonathanwilliams7161 hey man! Thanks! Yes that’s a great idea. There are several techniques that us lefties have to incorporate to keep up, isn’t there?! I’ve got a couple more about to come out, stay tuned!
I thought the Smith CC had a much better trigger than the X-Macro. Much crisper, but that's me coming from me wanting a single action trigger feel, striker dudes seem to not mind some distance on the trigger pull before the break.
Thanks for the comparison. I have been considering both the comped models. Is the Sig worth the extra $200 over the carry comp? I cant decide. Your opinion welcomed.
Yes. The comped models seem to be louder. I can tell you I’ve gotten several comments on the sig spectre comp slide and barrel combo being much louder than the standard p365.
@@christopherparsons4642 I was thinking of it in terms of defense use without ease protection. That and maybe using it in odd positions. Wouldn't want the comp pointing towards my face! Such as in a car.
Well the Carry comp is a longer slide/barrel combo. So you've got considerably more reciprocating weight and length. Since they're running on exactly the same frame/grip module, I don't expect that the slide travels any further. What I've noticed is that the recoil spring is heavier/tighter on the Carry Comp. It's definitely more of a chore to chamber. But the front end weight of that slide and barrel definitely keep the muzzle rise down and improve follow up shots, the front sight picture is much bolder and brighter. My final verdict: the standard Shield plus is much more concealable and pleasant to carry around all day, the Carry Comp is more fun on the range! I feel perfectly prepared with either on me! both great guns!
great content! - I would love to hear you go into depth about your impressions of each gun.
One more thing..... very good video!
I like the comparison man this was a good video
appreciate that!
Awesome video. I just subscribed. I'm looking forward to more videos.
Just found your channel! Great video! Love that you're left handed (like me) maybe do a video of pistols for left handed people? ❤

Thanks for watching!
What about noise level? Are the comp'ed ones louder?

Does the slide travel further on the carry comp vs regular shield?

I'm no expert.... so take this as simply a comment.....but, you probably should have removed those lights from the Sigs.
One more hand
Was cursed with just the two!
