You'll learn how to make an all natural organic exfoliating body scrub at home. This recipes needs just three ingredients - brown sugar, olive oil and lemon.
To exfoliate, wet your skin in the shower, apply the scrub in a circular motion from face to feet, then wash off. Pat dry with a clean towel. Moisturize. Repeat weekly. You'll have smoother and brighter skin!

komal jha Yes you can but coconut oil solidifies below a certain temperature. As long as it stays liquid it will work just fine. I personally prefer grapeseed or olive oil 💕

ingredients :
-brown organic sugar (you can use white sugar if you want) -> 3 tbsp
-olive oil -> about 2 tbsp
-lemon -> half lemon juice
(the measurements aren’t 100% correct bcz she didn’t write them)
store in refrigerator!

You could also look into using sulfur soap for acne and pantheon acid supplement too to help with the acne too. Do due diligence

Saw video. Ran to the kitchen. Had all ingredients. Took less than 3 minutes to make! Ran to the shower. Skin feels and looks better! Called my sis and told her about it. Hint: put lemon in microwave for 20 seconds. Lots more juice! Will make this for others as gifts
You can roll the lemon around before cutting it to release the juice too

Made this amazing.!! As their is no measurements i played around with the ingredients and got the consistency i like.
How many times do you use in a week ?
I make body and skin care products to sell and I add preservative in all my scrubs. And I agree the olive oil is much better to use than coconut oil. Also add some almond oil if you have. I also add lemon essential oil and it smell amazing plus add those extract skin benefits to your skin.

@@biologymajor1316 I add germall plus or optiphen preservative to prevent mold and bacteria growing in the scrubs once water get in the jar. So it's important to put preservative if you are selling or gifting or even for personal use.

MariahNaomii I’m sure some peppermint essential oil drops do that for you & maybe add a little tingly sensation.
you could use peppermint oil or extract. a little goes a long way, so only use a couple drops
