She's back! Glorious stuff, and frankly exhausting to watch 😅 Willing to put a crisp fiver on this being 2nd last week in July? I've only just thawed out from an ill-advised hike in the Cairngorms from that weekend.
Excellent adventure with an equally good video to match, hopping to try a chunk of this my self soon if time allows. The Glen's and Lochs look fantastic yes the Glen's and Lochs 😉
Absolutely brilliant review of your epic adventure and the Highland 550, genuinely the best one I've seen ! Nice one Katy and Joe. Looking forward to watching Part 2
ill look forward to the rest of these! did Joe document tour divide?I read book about it years ago and met a couple of people 24 hour racing who'd done it. not for me but sounds amazing. id love to read about his experience if he wrote anything. and of course, what pie he had in pie town? Hi from Christchurch :)
He absolutely did, he’s made two videos on his race! Defo check out his channel, this is the video: ua-cam.com/video/azJS106xeNA/v-deo.htmlsi=-X9F_jJ-PGRi9OzB He’s done videos on events in NZ too 😁
Hi Katy jus seen your video and really really enjoyed it. Love both your personality’s even the pinky n perky voice over lol and the views jus simply stunning amazing instantly subscribed thank you 🤘🏻
Sleeping in hotels, washing clothes after a single ride... I think I am on the other side of bikepacking. Sleep outside, wash clothes after the journey is over... :D
That's tour mode? Amazing video but you guys are off the scale. You need to explain that most people will have a good chance of dying on the first day or second day if they try this itinerary. Seriously. People on the 'Badger' often arrive in Rannoch 2 or 3 hours later than planned, and that's only from Killin. And you started in Tyndrum, and then kept going, not just to Laggan but over to Fort Augustus? And that was just the first day? Seriously, ambulances and paramedics are few and far between in the highlands, and the air ambulance helicopter and MRTs are busy enough without having to deal with collapsed bike-packers who are not as fit as they thought.
Hell of a one to pick as your first bike packing trip. Looked amazing. You earned all those munchies.
Straight in for the first one 😂 oh man, ate so much it was awesome!!
