Well I was thinking it would be rated r. You'd be introduced to both Eddie Brock and Anne Weying. And this time, Eddie is diagnosed with terminal cancer (Ultimate Storyline). Through flashbacks you find out his career as an investigative journalist who helped police take down serial killer Cletus Cassidy which made him famous. During these segments, Eddie builds character with staff and other patients which would get the audience attached. You'd see how he met Anne and his own home life and bring up his own Catholic faith like in the comics. So now both he and Anne are trying to fight this together. All hope seems lost until she contacts a the Life Foundation about different forms of treatment. Eddie is booked and taken in, however the Life foundation has been using Symbiotic lifeforms to see if they could cure cancer. Eddie stays in a heavily guarded sector beneath the building with Anne waiting for him. The symbiote cells finally activate but that's when Eddie finally becomes Venom. Now this Venom would be absolutely ravenous. He can spit acid, blend in with backgrounds, and basically looks like the Hulk out of hell. He rips and tears through staff, patients, and security until the building goes into lockdown. So basically it's a horror film, everyone is trying to escape a bloodthirsty Venom. Creepy hallway sequences, dark shadows, flashing red emergency lights etc. Small group of members try to fend him off with makeshift flamethrower and pistols or shotguns. I was thinking Anne would get a hold of Eddie by speaking to him in which either he kills her and escapes or he escapes without harming her because he recognizes her. Would end on a chilling note where Venom kills some random civilian in an alley. Implying he's now let loose on New York City. Yes, it be New York City this time. Probably in the sequel he tries to learn to control his urges while being pursued by Life Foundation enforcers or knockoff Agents of SHIELD. Of course you'd eventually see Carnage and the other symbiotes but Im still figuring out the trilogy. If this can't be a trilogy then I'd be just happy with this as a spinoff. Anyways hope y'all enjoyed sorry if it's too long. I love writing lol. Both the works of Cronenberg and Carpenter as well as films like Aliens, Hollow Man, Jurassic Park, and the Relic were huge influences. Very gorey and darkly dramatic. Sorry, hope you enjoyed.
