- My wife Yaima is a realtor in Miami Florida and she wanted me to show you guys what 745k can get you in South Miami Dade. The address is 25000 sw 144 Ave in Miami Florida. This area is in the Redlands not far from the berry farm which we recently attended. I didn't see anything wrong with the kitchen or the bathrooms. They all looked perfectly functional to me. 🤷♂️
That is patina on the door handle! You have to pay extra for that!
The deadbolt looked like it has been recently replaced and doesn't match, though. In many cases, the new owners will change all of the locks anyway.
Only have 750k after you sell it it’s probably older owners on fixed income. It’s dated but still nice house

Alfred, old school TV in the family room? I noticed that there was no doors between the two larger bedrooms, unless I totally missed it. I played it back 5 times. 745k? Way to much. I know prices are high in the Miami area, but that seems way to high.

Needs a lot of upgrades before that is a 750 k home. But I guess you have to consider the land as well.

That would be an awesome place to live. I don't live anywhere near the ocean and a property that size with a house and garage would be that price. Add a lake beside it and it would be well over a million.

i had a 2br five miles away for 50k, and had homestead exemption so i had zero prop tax, yes in dade!... lost it to bad renters ruining it (long story heh). worth double now ten years later...
I just saw the amount of acreage..under 2 acres and tons of upgrades needed..way over priced even for that area. But then again we are in a whole new one of a kind housing market.. So good luck

That lot and it's zoning alone is worth allot of $$$$$! The house is just an extra bonus! Who cares about the house? A smart investor can knock that old house down and build a gorgeous custom house. That double lot is gold!
