It happened to me and my children I did nothing roug and lied about my gran died when my son was born and she never did die when my son was born it's degrasful what's going on with social services and courts so on

Why isn't it a crime when cps and cyfd,also police officers,judges,clerks,ect...when there is mountain piles of evidence,documents,witnesses,ect.. that these government and state employees are illegally taking children away from thier legal caretakers!! When they are innocent!!!!
I am grandMother of a 5 year old autistic boy , and his 9 year old sister , taken by dcf from a single Mom . i tried to get children to OHIO. But the brought a adjudication agenst me of lies saying i am a drug addick and drunk and can not have them or have any visitation of them !

So what if the judge DOESNT ALLOW you to speak at the hearing, and removes you as special respondent, and basically from the beginning to the end of the whole hearing, it was CPS running the show. The judge didn't show any concern for the child in this case and CPS LIED AND acted on the behalf of the mother, and she is not ok , mentally. I know she is a threat to herself and her son, CPS isn't listening to me, so I'm so grateful for these vides!
All three of my grandkids are all in three different foster homes. We can keep all the kids together but they say we are out of state. Kids don't have no right when it comes to CPS. We hire an attorney and we are in the middle of the hearings now..
That social worker should have been fired on the spot, it's very obvious she's racist to the hilt, saying all Jamaicans are drug dealers. By her racism she's obviously destroyed and traumatized many families, shame on her!!!
But the social workers perjure themselves by giving untrue allegations.....
One told me today that the facts necessating removal aren’t checked because those are just statements someone told them I said that is NOT A FACT. and ur using it to take ppls kids
Nope they have qualified immunity and all she had to say was it was a honest mistake then it gets swept under the rug, shame on her!!

In this county the judge only does whatever CPS says to do. They let the foster mother see the confidential complaints filed against her. People (including her own family) reported her to the state licensing board. They were told they would stay confidential. But in the end because the foster home is licensed by the county - not the state - they had to turn the reports over to the county CPS. They showed them to the foster mother. The social worker who placed the kids there is the foster mothers niece. CPS has not allowed me or the two older boys see their sister and brother since 8/1/20 based solely on lies from the foster mother. The state has found the foster home to be an unsafe home environment and that the kids have access to guns. But in court CPS and the kids’ attorney lied and said the the state found all of the complaints to be unsubstantiated and fraudulent. Today I got a message from the CPS supervisor saying she wanted to talk to me about a complaint I have. I haven’t spoken with CPS in months so I don’t know what she is talking about.
I’m so scared for all four kids. The two that are with a psychotic foster mother and the two who are with me. The foster mother has been threatening me for months. What can I do? How can I fight if I can’t afford to hire a good attorney?

Cps just came to my house with no warrent and tried to just walked right in then tried to pull my 3 year old son by himself and talk to him with out my permission then they came here Monday an tried to entrap me into admitting to a addiction also told us we can just up and leave the state knowing that if we did they would just have a judge remove our kids from the house

We got all messed up through the course of Jefferson county Colorado. All because they didn't want to work with us to make sure the other grandmother was giving me my 4 hours of visitation rights and my daughter her reintegration back with her daughter my granddaughter. One of the judges approved the whole thing and that of the grandmother did not want me to go pick up my granddaughter every Saturday as was planned the judge even told me to call the police if I had problems and I did and then police officers and Lakewood Colorado went with her lying. It's unbelievable how that other grandmother just got what she wanted and it was court ordered for me and my daughter why don't they put social workers on this cases so that us as grandmothers and mothers that are judge court ordered us to be integrate make sure that they go through and the other family don't give us problems?
I have a GAL who think she runs the show, with a new attorney today I hope she learns that she doesn't run the show!! The GAL told me even though (if) I decided to work the case plan it would be at least a year before I got my granddaughter back (she's almost 17 yo) she wants me to believe her and figure what's the point in working a case plan if my granddaughter will be 18 yo before she comes back!! Never ever believe anything a GAL or case worker tells you, they lie like rugs!!

I had the baby with me since she was 15 days old and I always provided for the baby and she was safe here and this case worker lie to the judge and got his signature by lying and remove the baby and took her to a foster home , she told the judge that the baby was in danger because she was living with mom and dad and that’s wasn’t true, is very sad that they don’t care if the baby is gonna be in danger by taking her to a strangers house and instead of living the baby here with me , I miss my grand baby very much and I’m worried every day and praying that she’s safe wherever she with 😭

I had been assaultd, was ordeal, ended up in nhs hospital. without knowg situation, s.w. illegally harrassed me. gave me no rest, put man in room, sister asked for him to be removed, they would not do it. then when sister gone, they illegally (won't say here), ... but with no grounds & not even knowing me. So yes, u don't even feel like saying... but I was lied about after, & it distracted from crime done to me. & so she justified actions, instead of being compassionate to what had happened to me. what can one do (I'm in UK?)

Hi , I’m my grand baby situation, I report it my daughter to cps when I saw my grand baby with bruises in her cheeks and that was after my daughter took her for 2 weeks and when I saw the baby again, some people probably is gonna think that I’m a bad person by doing that but I knew that the baby was in danger and I need it to do something before she was going get hurt more by my daughters boyfriend, I’m fighting for custody because my grand baby is in foster care and I just want to bring her back where she’s gonna be safe , I received a letter from the cps worker and she’s mentioning my 11 year old daughter and my other grandkids saying that she appreciate that I had reported this but what I don’t like is that she’s mentioning in the letter thanking me for doing that and then she’s mentioned my other grandkids and daughter saying In the matter of all of my grandkids when it was only one baby and so I call her and left a voice message that I needed to talk to her about the letter and I don’t trust none of this people because May be she’s up to nothing good mentioning all of my grandkids and not only one. What can I do about it ?

That's what they do all over the place all the social workers don't care about the people the people have to step up and show them there not going to set down for them to take their children need to step up following agreements giving the Junction against them and fight like crazy

Now very worried because they came for the home study and everything came out good but now the cps worker call me and told me that she was checking the background of my kids and I ask her why are you doing that when im gonna be the one that’s gonna take care the baby and she told me that is policy because they need to know that the baby is not gonna be in danger if any one that’s gonna be in contact with the baby needs to pass the background check so Im worry because when my son was younger he got in trouble and end up in jail because the friends had mariguana in the car and so he end up in jail and he was there for 1 day Now that’s something that he regrets doing that back then because now he’s a hard working self contractor, so when she told that I just stared crying thinking oh no this is not good . My kids have their own home and I only live with my 11 year old daughter. Someone had already told me that they gonna try their best to keep the baby in foster home because they never want to loose that’s why they lie and twist things.😔

The check don't take that long. I did one with my 2 kids and there's came in about a week and they could not find mine supposedly 5 monthes . When they did supposedly the worker said something came on mine and I could not be alone around my kids anymore I now needed supervision. Why because i got off probation 3 my charges was violating a court and social says 10 years theni can be alone with teenage daughters
