Wow! 🥵🥵 Another amazing 30 minute workout. Thanks so much for all your hard work this year Penny. You are very much appreciated. At 58 I'm fitter than I have been for a long time thanks to your channels (and I've got the biggest dumbbell collection I've ever had.) I'm rather surprised at my own motivation but then your enthusiasm, ace workouts, colourful outfits and cheeriness along with seeing results and feeling fabulous helps. 🤩 My fitness goal for 2025 is to continue making my health a priority. Weekly goals are: average 11k steps per day, 4 x yoga, 3 x weights with my favourite garage girl (35 mins max per session and push it with the legs rather than wimping out. Make those Bulgarian split horrors my friend 😁) and eat well. A very happy new year to you and all your regular followers. xxx

I don’t know if I “crushed” it so much as IT crushed ME!!! Seriously it was a great way to end the year and I’m looking forward to the new year! I’m going to be 55 in May and feel stronger and healthier than ever thanks to you Penny! I’m looking forward to continuing my health journey of adding heavier weights to my workouts but also want to get back to my yoga practice by returning to my mat at least once a week. Happy New Year Penny and thank you for all you do to help people reach their health and fitness goals.
Hello @amystiener. Have you tried Yoga with Uliana? I'm 58 and I love her yoga channel. It's thanks to her that I've got into yoga and I've been doing it several times a week for a couple of years now. I always feel so loose and calm afterwards and I've improved so much. I know you have to find what suits you personally but worth a look. 🧘🏻♀😊

I had really improved my practice a few years ago and so enjoyed going to a studio and then the pandemic hit. I miss the connection of being in the moment but the convenience of practicing at home sure is nice. I will give this one a try for sure. Happy New Year to all the magnificent folks here!

Happy, Healthy New Year!!! One goal for me would be to eat healthier! Got the working out down pat, but I am addicted to sweets!, always was seems like always will be, however I have cut down on eating them already! its a start
Hey Shelly :) that’s a great goal. One thing I would suggest is just picking one sweet in particular that you like and cut that out altogether. So if you like chocolate biscuits decide not to eat any chocolate biscuits all year and continue to eat other sweets. I did this with lollies last year. I quit eating any lollies and just ate. Chocolate! It was so easy because I was still getting my sweet fix from chocolate. Hope that helps!

Make sure I'm challenging myself, especially with weight exercises, to build strength and endurance. I love that goal! You can absolutely do it! Instead of focusing on speed, slow things down so you can pick the heavier weights and maintain good form!

Doing this on NYE eve in the UK. Happy new year. My goal is to continue with the fat loss I started in September. 1 inch off waist and 2 off abdomen so far. Little bit back on during Christmas but hoping to shift it v soon. 😂
