I feel it. I remember hearing this on a garnier shampoo commercial. Then saw them at warped tour in 05 and my homie looks just like Travis so my other homie smacked Travis in the back of the head lol thinking it was our homie. Pretty rad day 🤙
These were some good years for the music scene. I had friends who all listened to different genres of music back then and the music from this genre all the way to even music out of Mexico was damn good. So many artists were throwing out hit after hit so no matter what station you tuned into, you could find a song to fit any mood or situation. They also didn't rely on crappy computer generated beats that all sound the same like the artists now seem to do.
It "happened" for Travis and Tim in their main bands. You can argue that Son Doobie was successful. I enjoy Funk Doobiest. Skinhead Rob never really got traction as far as I'm aware.
I saw them open for Foo Fighters at Universal Ampitheatre in 2003 and the what I remember most from seeing them play is that Tim kept kicking over his mic stand on purpose just so his tec guy would have to set it up again. It had to have happened 30+ times during their short set
Been looking off and on for this damn song since I saw it on MTV or Fuse back in ‘03. Been mumbling the hoo hoo and the cadence of a French verse until now. Bout time.

2002 baby Transplants... 2023 now and this track on repeat still keeps me going when times are rough. Tim's talent och song writing is so underrated.
One love ❤️
You said it , still playing it 20 years later " classic "
That’s why he can make extra bank writing songs for Pink and other big pop stars.
Same 2024 and I'm still blasting it , it's a fun song , their whole album was pretty good 🎉
Yes.. Miss this old travis and tim.. So gangster. 😂

Saw them open for The Foo Fighters. . At the time, I didn't know who they were, but they put on a really good show.
Love the mix of instruments. The restraint guitar and drums. More please
Whatever Travis touches instantly becomes cooler
Found this a bit of a guilty pleasure back in the day, but holy crap it’s still catchy as hell nearly two decades later! Makes it kinda great, really.
