Marginocephalia is a group of dinosaurs that include Ceratopsids and Pachycephalosauroids. They originated at the end of the Jurassic period and became very proliferous durinf the Cretaceous in what now is Asia and America.

Many of these models are mainly based on the skeletal reconstructions by Scott Hartman:

Yikes, I did not realize Udanoceratops was so big!
It’s HUGE
They say it wasn't THAT big nowadays
And freaky looking too!
I knew it was as big as a cow. But I couldn't mentally think of the real size of that cow-leptoceratops monster
Same
You're the coolest paleoartist ever!
the one with the sweetest followers at least! :)
@@MarioLanzas. wait, you draw these dinosaurs?
@@MigWith yep he does
Holy iguana,51 likes,thank you friends!)
@@MarioLanzas. if this is an update where is Protoceratops i’m not being a critic but I think you me to do another update
That pachy looks awesome as do the others.....also that udanoceratops is really cool looking creature!!!
Which pachy? Theres two pachys!
Thick proto
This is a great viraity of marginocephalians, not to mention that they are all amazingly well drawn. I like that you included Udanoceratops cause it's very underrepresented for what it is
thank you! :)
Great !
I'm pretty sure an analysis of the skull showed that Torosaurus was most likely a completely separate genus than Triceratops.
Correct
Yeah I bet Jack Horner used the wrong specimen of “Triceratops”
@@amn2760 His name is John horner but ok
@@amn2760 jack horner truly an incorrigible villain.
He has taken to confuse paleontologists now.
Really liked this one! Can't wait to get some of the new additions!
Awesome, you deserve millions of subscribers!
your work is very good, really to be congratulated
thank you!!
Oh, I like it)! Thank you!
Psittacosaurus is almost my countryman 😂
I’m a simple man, if I see Dracorex I like
Pachycephalosaurs* lmao
If you buy into Jack Horner’s crackpot theories anyway
@@Triceratops98 nah man, it was a stigy
It was stigymoloch tho 0:53
@@EE-lj9xf Stygimoloch And Dracorex Are Both Considered Junior Versions Of Pachycephalosaurus.
Como siempre.... Excelente trabajo Mario.😎🤙
Ay my g, i really love this channel and it definitely deserves more subscribers. I was really sad when your old channel didn’t post anything but when I found out what happened I was happy and angry. Happy because u were uploading and angry because fuck hackers, anyways much love fam
Thank you! Yes, it´is being tough and now I have to remake every video all over again! but the good thing is that they are now upgraded :)
I love udanoceratops
Nice Video
Those look stunning also could you make one for carcharodontosauridae also i want to point out that torosaurus is its own species cause its frill has holes and it is longer and the horns are straight
But chacarodontosaurids are from the allosaurus family
@@amandasbatalha4938 not exactly they belong to the allosauroidea but there are different families like the carcharodontosauridae allosauridae neovenatoridae and others
there will be a video for them too at some point!
@@MarioLanzas. thank you
Everyone's cheating
They're starting to gain more quarrels
Beautiful Dinosaurs
My brother love your channel so much ☺
Quite Nice! 👍
Muy buena y gran calidad en cada una de las ilustraciones. Likazo👍🏻
Gracias!😁
Mario Lanzas@ YOU SPOKE SPANISH Or Whatever language that is called
Dude your art is just...amazing. So much love and deatil, props
Torosaurus is its own genus, we have immature Toro remains.
You are my favorite paleo artist your drawing are always so accurate and dope.
Thank you so much!
when i grow up i will make several paleoarts like you
I love your art.
My 2 favorite Ceratposian are Pentaceratops, and Eotriceratops
I love your work
Amazing art works!
The music is pretty good and triceratops species were pretty neat
Omg you have the koreaceratops i love those dinos
Keep up The goodwork
Torphasourus could not have been a grown triceratops. Triceratops was not only larger it didn't have the holes in its crest that torphasourus is known for
Nice Paleoart
Dinosaurs are cool 🦕
You are amazing.
Koreaceratops (semi-aquatic ceratopsian) is probably my favorite little ceratopsian
Also that picture of it is just adorable
And I never knew it’s actual height
Jesus fucking christ imagine how cool Jurassic World would be if they hired you for the dinosaurs. These recreations are beyond compelling
Lovely reconstructions! But triceratops was bigger than a torosaurus and even eotriceratops according to franoys
Franoys is just one person. That's not a consensus. we are not even sure yet whether or not torosaurus is a totally grown triceratops or a different genus. More specimens are needed to ve sure of those things
Triceratops is generally considered to be bigger than Torosaurus tho as far as I've seen, plus Toro lacked the long nose horn of Triceratops prorsus which was the species alive at the time and had different face proportions, it looked more kind of like Triceratops horridus, the formation of fenestrae frills with maturation is also not common in ceratopsian ontogeny, the theory isn't that well supported
@@Triceratops98 I guess you know better than paleontologists!
@@MarioLanzas. Most Palaeontologists however agree that both Torosaurus and Triceratops are separate taxa. Eotriceratops was not larger than Triceratops. If anything they were about the same size at most.
@@threehornedgaming that's why it's labeled as "probably a full grown triceratops" while both are shown separatedly. It's most likely that they are separated taxa, but also worth to mention the other posibility 😉
I could put all your dinosaur vids on loop and ...hang on? What is a....STRESS?
Me encanta buen video no se si podrias hacer un video de la familia de los megaraptores
algún día
Torosaurus is not fully grown Triceratops, They are individual genus.
that´s not clear yet
@@MarioLanzas. Yes it was, Triceratops was 30 ft. long, 10 ft. tall and weighed 10 tons while Torosaurus is 25 ft. long, 13 ft. tall and weighed 7 tons. Just their size prove that they're different genuses. Also, Triceratops have more curved frills with small spikes on it's edge while Torosaurus have a larger frill with 2 holes when fossilized and no spikes on it's edge.
Sad news:
Stygimoloch and Dracorex are now confirmed to be juvenile versions of Pachycephalosaurus
I knew it!
confirmed? where? can you leave a link to the study?
Not dracorex it’s a super cool name why universe whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyjyyyyyyyyyyyyuyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
BEST PALEONTOLOARTIST EVER!
COOL BRO
I realized my favourite comments to the DINOSAUR REVOLUTION
I will accept no Dracorex = Stygimoloch = Pachycephalosaurus slander, nor Torosaurus = Triceratops
1:48 Patchi, 1:53 Eema and 2:11 fully grown Cera.
Kinda sad that you didn’t put Nasutoceratops, hope to see it on another video of yours. Good work tho.👍
Paleozoic era Mesozoic era cenozoic era know them off by heart
Your videos are practically perfect and very educational! Do you work for a museum?
Thank you for making my day more interesting!
I don't think that Torosaurus is an adult Triceratops. Both skeletons are different, so in my opinion Torosaurus is most likely it's own species and not a Triceratops
please can you make a video with all prehistoric invertebrates?
well, not all of them. but yes, invertebrates will have their videos too
Other ceratopsians: *were so cool in this video!*
Albertaceratops: *YOU FORGOT ABOUT ME!* 🥺
what software did u use in making this art???
Muito bom

Aww where’s Kosmoceratops? :(
Trike And Torosaur Always Being My Favorite 👍
Hello from Kazakstan! My English is not enough good to say all to me want say (yea my english is very bad) but i can say the three words to you:you very cool
Good video👌👍diaboceratops???
PLz tell me how heavy eotrike and trike is
It's morphine time!!!!⚡ Triceratops!!!
Hey did tarbos hunted udanos ?
Nasutoceratops:crying in the corner
Pachys and ceratopsians are related?
(Narrator) A partly bipedal herbivorous dinosaur of the mid Cretaceous period, having a parrot- like beak and probably ancestral to other ceratopsians.
Yinlong is what we call a smol bean , but Eotriceratops
is what I call a giga chad
De que país eres?
I like all the herbivore dinasours
Didn't realize Udanoceratops was that big lol
Can you make it remake form pls
Ceratopsians and Pachycephalosaurs
whjat about titanceratops
or is it just a variation of pentaceratops
that fully grown triceratops is torosaurus theory might be false
This list should include titanoceratops
I like torosaurus
You should know that Torosaurus being the full grown Triceratops is very far from the truth, their size and their skulls lead scientists to prove that they're different genuses
Most likely they are a different genus, but bone structures can change drastically with age. As a theory is still worth keeping in mind. and that's why it says ¨probably a fully grown¨ but they still appear as different animals in the video
Awesome! is that all the ceratopsians?
only some!
What species of ceratopside existed in Early Cretaceous in North America?
what about avaceratops, diabloceratops and albertaceratops ?
Microceratus? Saludos.
Everything horned dinasaurs
Homalocepale &
Zuniceratops i miss you 😢
There's little evidence that suggests that Torosaurus was an adult Triceratops.
Eotriceratops was also not as large as you claim here. In fact the vertebrae of Eotriceratops are smaller than those of Triceratops.
As for quills, we have no evidence of quills on ceratopsids.
Same with the Pachycephalosaurus species. Jack Horners claimed those smaller species are sub adults. The same Jack Horner who created the Spinosaurus from JP3
@@geoffreyvanvugt6227 wasn't the Spinosaurus just outdated? The movie was in 2001, Ibrahim's specimen was found in 2014. While the specimens for the q specimens despite the fact there are adult specimens of Triceratops, there isn't really a juvenile specimen for Pachycephalosaurus nor are there adult specimens for dracorex and the stigy
@@geoffreyvanvugt6227 the juvenile Pachy theory has quite a lot of weight and makes some sense, and while I don’t like Horner, the spinosaurus from JP3 was reconstructed based on what we knew about the creature at that time
was there any of them in Gondwana?
I know itz two years late but no, there were no Ceratopsians in Gondwana as the continent split off before they started to branch off
This list is missing to smaller members, Avaceratops and Zuniceratops.
It says legth for Eotriceratops, instead of Length.
I think u forgot Nasutoceratops.
My second favorite group of dinosaurs after raptors. They have cute little faces and heads, especially pachys (pachies?)
Pack-hee
Udanoceratops is big then protoceratops i like mario lanzas
Is zuniceratops a ceratopsian, or something else?
It is
The video only included some
Espera! Styracosaurus es mas grande de pachyrinosaurus?
is homalocephale considered a pachycephalosaurid?
yes
And titanoceratops?
The machairoceratops is very very very simillar with the diabloceratops
Ahora el stigymoloch es una subespecie de pachy y el drakorex un juvenil de “stygymoloch” y el torosaurio sigue siendo su propia especie
eso sigue sin estar claro aun
Carnotaurus and ceratosaurus: are we a joke to you??
Diabloceratops?
Where's the macropachycephalosaurus?
Fun fact the psittacosaur is going too be in path of titan (for path of titans player's)
Where is diabloceratops and Zuniceratops
Einiosaurus
