Funnily a man so good at something he got bored isn't entirely fictional, Paul Morphy was a Chess Master and Proginy so good he beat every Chess master of his time except one who refused to fight him in public and this was before a formation of any Chess Competition, he was so good he retiered early because he was so bored of the sport but even then people tried to compete against him and he constantly said no, and when they forced his hand he almost always give his opponent the advantage on the 1st rounds but somehow almost always one.
Paul Morphy was such a pioneer of the game of Chess people today still use his games to study Chess. (despite his short career and tragically short life.)

One important factor to Saitama growth since is fighting monsters. He never ran away from a fight and that contributed to breaking his limiter. Similar to the whole garou arc.
For those who are saying that Saitama doesn't know how to fight properly or that he doesn't know the application of any techniques or strategies, look into the battle in his dream against the Subterraneans. He used side sweeps, takedowns, tackles, countered his opponents' punches, blocked some moves, all while being severely outnumbered and he even used a variety of kicks. It's not that he doesn't know how to fight, it's just that most of the time, there really is no point in him getting really serious and worked up since his enemies are all too weak. Should there be a fight where he feels that urge again, that excitement, that time where he will face a worthy opponent and be pushed to the brink of his limits, that is the time where he'll really use all that he knows in combat. All of you just doesn't know Saitama's real strength, even those characters in the show itself.

I have to say, I really like how Genos's new design is very realistic. Joints are direct-drive sensored outrunners, similar to the robot dogs by boston dynamics and especially the one by MIT. Shading sucks though.
actually i have a theory, the theory that sheer willpower can grant power in the OPM universe. i can explain this easily using multiple examples actually, take for instance the crab guy from the beginning of saitama’s story, he loved and ate crabs so much he became one showing that his sheer willpower of loving crabs made him into one. Saitama who wanted to be able to kill anyone with one punch so he trained, but that training did nothing to make him the one punch man, instead his sheer will power and want to be a hero made him the one punch man. His training and actions only helped outwardly show and preserve his almost insane willpower, pushing himself to the limit, he broke his limiter and thats how i actually think his power works.
Saitama represent all underrated people who actually deserves recodnition than all the recodnition going to overrated people who created nothing more than drama. We respect you Saitama.

I have started doing something similar to this with some added back workouts and adjustments to the workouts to make them easier and I keep making them more difficult the further I go. I’ve been doing this for 1 year and my current workout aside from the back workouts is 75 crunches, 75 push-ups, 100 squats, and a 5 km run every other day.
I realized that if Saitama meets with a Monster that pummels him, Saitama can just train for like 1 day with his super speed and he has no limiter meaning he can be 100 Folds Stronger

Saitama always had the heart of a hero although he was convinced to be a 'loser' according to society's standards at some point he made a firm decision. The lesson here to remember is: Sometimes even doing your best is not enough, we gotta train hard and remain disciplined to the point nothing can break us anymore. S2 did a great job drawing Saitama. They really aren't a bad studio, they just needed more time in order to refine metallic textures and emphasize the power harbored by different characters. Sometimes it was hard to contrast the power of Saitama with that of other heroes and villains, as they seemed more focused on making it visually appealing. This reduces an aspect important to the story, being that Saitama really is most powerful and the contrast between himself and others acts as entertainment in itself.
I don't know how much of not knowing how powerful someone is intentional or not. It would make sense with everyone being below saitama in strength, at the end of the day they don't matter to the over all. Doesn't mean that won't change but Geno's shows amazing strength throughout but he's still nothing in comparison. Not hating on the other heroes, just an observation

The last arc was so tragic and perfectly timed when saitama was asleep, I didnt expect Dr. Kuseno just died after that. What a sad moment for genos, he lost his family and now his second father saviour/creator. Like literally, saitama is all he had. And still we have no ideo who was the Mad cyborg and the fact Dr. Kuseno didnt even witness who it was.

Saitama actually broke his limiter when he pulled crablante's eye, cause he wasn't strong enough. His eyes started to glow with a red aura which indicated him gaining access to superhuman power. He then gradually accumulated power over time losing his hair and emotions. His training had nothing to do with his power up. The moment he saved ballsack chin kid was probably the most important in the whole storyline.
I want to think its when he lost touch with reality and became a satire character. Satire characters are immortal and strongest beings in existence, but come at a huge cost. They can't grasp anything complex nor some of the easiest problems. They lose all goals in life and become a husk of their past selves.

His meeting with Genos might save his emotionless life because that's the beginning of him getting acquaintances and kinda give him something to do for his empty life. Especially with King, Saitama's lack of excitement kinda fulfilled with his competitiveness to beat King in games.

I have started doing something similar to this with some added back workouts and adjustments to the workouts to make them easier and I keep making them more difficult the further I go. I’ve been doing this for 1 year and my current workout aside from the back workouts is 75 crunches, 75 push-ups, 100 squats, and a 5 km run every other day.

Saitama always had the heart of a hero although he was convinced to be a 'loser' according to society's standards at some point he made a firm decision. The lesson here to remember is: Sometimes even doing your best is not enough, we gotta train hard and remain disciplined to the point nothing can break us anymore. S2 did a great job drawing Saitama. They really aren't a bad studio, they just needed more time in order to refine metallic textures and emphasize the power harbored by different characters. Sometimes it was hard to contrast the power of Saitama with that of other heroes and villains, as they seemed more focused on making it visually appealing. This reduces an aspect important to the story, being that Saitama really is most powerful and the contrast between himself and others acts as entertainment in itself.
I don't know how much of not knowing how powerful someone is intentional or not. It would make sense with everyone being below saitama in strength, at the end of the day they don't matter to the over all. Doesn't mean that won't change but Geno's shows amazing strength throughout but he's still nothing in comparison. Not hating on the other heroes, just an observation
These videos are some of the best on youtube, I am sure they take a long time and I am thankful for them as I can understand the whole premise of not just a character but a whole anime! Keep them coming
You know how hard it should be to make a show where the main hero literally cant even take a scratch on him and still be like the best anime ever or one of them, but they did it somehow.

The last arc was so tragic and perfectly timed when saitama was asleep, I didnt expect Dr. Kuseno just died after that. What a sad moment for genos, he lost his family and now his second father saviour/creator. Like literally, saitama is all he had. And still we have no ideo who was the Mad cyborg and the fact Dr. Kuseno didnt even witness who it was.

Saitama actually broke his limiter when he pulled crablante's eye, cause he wasn't strong enough. His eyes started to glow with a red aura which indicated him gaining access to superhuman power. He then gradually accumulated power over time losing his hair and emotions. His training had nothing to do with his power up. The moment he saved ballsack chin kid was probably the most important in the whole storyline.
I want to think its when he lost touch with reality and became a satire character. Satire characters are immortal and strongest beings in existence, but come at a huge cost. They can't grasp anything complex nor some of the easiest problems. They lose all goals in life and become a husk of their past selves.

His meeting with Genos might save his emotionless life because that's the beginning of him getting acquaintances and kinda give him something to do for his empty life. Especially with King, Saitama's lack of excitement kinda fulfilled with his competitiveness to beat King in games.
@@snailthelostcow63 he’s actually far from being emotional. He constantly shows emotions it’s just that he doesn’t feel anything from fighting tho. But he feels frustrated and angry when playing against king and has shown happiness so it’s just fighting really.
Sucks that you didn't include the OVA of how he got his suit, but it's great that someone compiled most of his life
