I completely understand how slipknot helped her it also saved my life and has moulded my life and who I am thank you Corey Taylor and all you've done to and for me
Although I doubt I would get this emotional, I definitely agree with everything she said. Slipknot and Stone Sour music has gotten me through so much and continues to. Also Corey has become one of my most favorite authors. What really got me about this video was how Corey is reacting to her compliments. He's looking down in almost an uncomfortable way. With all the great things this man has done he is still so humble. I think that's why he turns to the comedy to help him cope with the awkwardness because he still, at some level doesn't know how to deal with such praise. It's quite endearing. ❤❤❤
Corey Taylor really does pull many people through. Your music literally touches my soul and helped me understand a lot of darkness I went through in life. He is a phenomenal person and a brilliant artist
Such a beautiful moment with that woman. 🥺❤️ His music has really helped so many people, more than he even realizes..myself included. I hope someday I can tell him how much he means to me.❤️🤘
If I was there I would’ve told Corey without Disasterpeice and a lot of slipknot’s discography I would be a little low life that will do nothing I’m life. But slipknot pushes me. R.I.P Paul and Joey
Listening to slipknot really helps. Especially the iowa album it gets me through the tough times of hearing CMFT solo albums and later stone sour and newer slipknot .
I would say the same words like the girl did, but I think I wouldn't start to cry like her. In future she should try not to cry. Respect for Corey's behavior. Lucky girl, Corey hugged her.
Why wouldn't she cry? If she's an emotional person, what's wrong with her letting feelings out for the person/musician that saved her life? What would be the differents anyway?
I always thought this kind of talk was nonsense. How can music save you? But I have discovered that it actually can, and to a certain extent I know how. I started meditating in 2020, and in these meditations you let go of old baggage simply by observing it from a neutral position. You watch it, rarther than be it… if that makes sense. Music actually provides a space for the common folk to do that, even if they’re not aware that this is what’s happening. Especially if the singer has been through some shit. It lets you know that it’s ok to feel the way you do, and by accepting it in this way you release it.
I mean, if people were aware of how this actually works, they’d know that they don’t need the music to let go. Music is just an undeniably accessible and very effective way of doing it.
She basically spoke for the lot of us.

Some people are more emotional than others man. Its awesome to see this connection between fans and musicians.
Why wouldn't she cry? If she's an emotional person, what's wrong with her letting feelings out for the person/musician that saved her life? What would be the differents anyway?
Idk why you'd knock her for crying, she seems like a nice girl.

It's also a good way of getting caught in destructive loops and picking up negative energy you wouldn't have otherwise.
