This is actually amazing! I see the difference already after my first try just now. Did about 5 sets of 10 each in case anyone is wondering. Thank you, guys!
I know these comments are a year old but I think this method is amazing. I would have to do this everyday because my muscles tighten everyday. Sucks but at least the results are basically the whole day for me.
I have calcification in the shoulders and I literally paid 95 euros per 40 min session in the course of 6 weeks to gather the "knowlegde" and instructions to do this at home for the rest of the calendar year. This was in May. And u gave it away for free in under 10 minutes! And lazy me has been subscribed for ages and only now fully watched a video through and through. Mind blown! I am not going back to that physiotherapist in Vienna!
I got an unwelcome demon in my neck that goes down every time I touch it but pops back up immediately. I have to feel it retreat and come back instantly over and over.
Love watching you two funny, awesome pt characters. I quit going to my pt and watch your videos instead as you offer many alternatives and you are very thorough. Thanks and thanks for being so entertaining...you really are the most famous Physical Therapists on the Internet.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
"Most famous physical therapists on the innernanainnernet." -Bob Schrupp You're killin' it with that intro song. I could listen to that while driving, eating, showering, falling asleep, meditating. You know what? I think I really will...
2:14 Great tip on massaging the mid back with the broom handle. I would love to know more on this, massaging the spine with the broom from this position.
Watching for the first time from the uk wish I had found this video sooner just did some of the exercises you showed and an instant difference after years of suffering I now believe your video could help me get my posture back the way it should be thank you so much you guys are amazing 👌💯❤️
Love these exercises! ❤️ Great to do between PT visits! One thing I have discovered is that not all Physical Therapist are the same. I have been to 3. One was ok, but didn’t really relieve the pain. My second was good, but the back pain returned within a few days. My regular one, I see every couple of weeks, and am on a treatment plan, and my overall health is improving with each visit. He is fantastic.
I misunderstood around 3:53 and did 10 reps 10 times (with 10-15 seconds of rest between each rep) of the overhead behind the back broomstick exercise 😆😅 My shoulder blades already feel so much better and less tight. My back muscles are tired but in a good way. I focused on keeping my belly button pulled in and my hips tilted back while doing the exercise which was the most difficult part. Working on getting rid of rounded shoulder and anterior pelvic tilt 😤
Thanks another Bob and Brad! I broke 4 broom sticks using them to stretch... now my wife started hiding all the brooms and mops, etc. Less work for me!
These are great, can't wait to try them! :) I am getting so hunched over, and need to correct it before it's too late. Wait, that's a good question, is there a point of no return, where it can not be corrected? 🤔
How many times a day should this be done? Also how long until this works? I heard if you have a bad back it can never be fix…. Can you explain in a video please
That exercise where you raise the broomstick over head and then bring it behind your back. I can't do it at all, when I lower it it hits my head, the other one I can't do at all is laying down on the pillow with arms outstretched in front and raising the arms, my arms won't even come off the ground. I can do the one laying down with the broomstick behind me though and also the side to side motion I can do. Any suggestions Bob and Brad??
I got an unwelcome demon in my neck that goes down every time I touch it but pops back up immediately. I have to feel it retreat and come back instantly over and over.
I'm starting this program today and will report on the results in 30 days. The last time I did this with another product, there were NO results. I hope it's different this time. There's no reason others can't do the same. It might be interesting.(Wed My 4, 2022; 4:22 PM)

I tried the stretch at about 4:38, but when I did, my back/shoulder cramped up really bad, almost like a Charlie horse. What might be the cause of this?
