I really enjoyed working on this one, especially since I got to sort of direct how the footage would be shot by my friend Blac (of BlacToBasics here on UA-cam) I hope you all enjoy!

On top of that, this game fosce you to worship them in order to become stronger.
If you didn't know, now you know it. Genshin Impact is a complete tribute to Satan, and that's why I started my channel, to expose all this hidden facts.

You know one thing I love about Mondstadt is that it's the "basic starter" fantasy world town. It's based on Europe, everything has that grey brown beige colour scheme in it's building, stuff like knights are a prominent thing, the plains have the typical green grass and cliffs look, etc. But Mihoyo made it so much more you know. The fact that they have no ruler and the freedom ideology, the awesome lore of how the city came to be. And also Venti is just a really interesting "god" kinda figure. He's not perfect at all, he's lazy, a total alcoholic, all he wants to do is sing and have fun. But when something related to Mondstadt is endangered, he busts his ass to try and fix the problem and return Mondstadt into the city of freedom.
I think it's Germany? and Liyue is China..
oh and he is not lazy. he let the people to have their freedom when something is threatening Monstadt freedom he will take action..ike when the Lawrance clan rule Monstadt he come to aid Vanessa and free Monstadt. The abyss also trick Dvalin he once again handle it. His laziness is the fruit of his ideology as the God of freedom. He define freedom as "the decision you make, is made by yourself. not by the influence of others" .. he said "go and enstablish city of freedom" because he wanted the people of Monstadt choose their own way. Not influenced by anyone including himself.

I don't know why ... ~ there are many places in GI ... like Liyue and others ... and it will keep growing (I mean cities) with updates .... but mondstat already feels like home and i like playing in the mondstat area
Yes Mondstadt it meant to feel like 'home' (and also where many, if not almost all significant questlines, at least for now, will begin). Liyue's to show us that there's a much greater world. We'll see with the 3rd region what the approach becomes then (depth of content?).

@@Seastar14TheWitch ok?? Technically they aren't, but most cliffs in this world do have sheer cliffs to make traversing more difficult.
This video made me fall in love with Mondstadt even more. Walking the main street at night, drinking cocktails at Angel's Share, eating my fill at Good Hunter, reading in the Knight's library and so on... Leaving Mobdstadt for Liyue was really hard...

Decarabian was not necessearily selfish tho. According to the game lore, Andrius'(the wolf on the north) power was the reason why monstadt used to be snowy. Decarabian then created a wall around old monstadt to protect the citizens from the cold and harsh climate. However, decarabian never truly understood what the people of monstadt really wanted. He truly loved humans and even fell in love with a human girl. His purposes was noble yet his flaw was that he did not get the people's best interest and mistook their fear from love.
Timeline issue as of the Carmen Dei Chapter release - Barbatos only became the Archon AFTER Decarabian was overthrown; he was just a "wisp in the wind" until the rebellion at the tower killed the old Archon. Andrius turned down the position since he felt he was too savage and hated regular humans so the divinity went to Barbatos who then brought spring and warm winds to the Monstadt region while the Gunnhildr clan built out "New Monstadt".
Also lots of other bits and pieces floating around in artifacts and ascension materials - the Wanderer's Troupe is a fun one and the Carmen Dei chapter also implies there has always been a "Diluc" or a "Dawn Knight" looking out for Monstadt(one of his ancestors helped in the rebellion against Decarabian).

Yeah, you can see a character holding the boy that venti took form of, I thought it was diluc at first before realizing that was like, thousands of years ago and that diluc is only a human that couldn't live over the age of the normal human in the game, they looked so similar, but who knows, it was probably an ancestor.

Venti is well over 2600 years old as we’ve discovered from late in the story. (AR 36 unlock) there’s a bit more to unpack but I don’t wanna get into spoilers.
Remember that the outlander siblings are way over 500 years old (I don't know their exact age since i dont know when they became immortal but they are at least 500+ years old)

@@LauraMoonlightTM the time when lumine first woke up was 500 years ago and aether woke up from his imprisonment 500 years into the future. If you pay attention lumine never aged a day. Not only that but they travelled to many worlds together but that would mean they would look like they are 16-30 years but they look like they are still 14 or something (unless they travelled the world since they were like 4 or 5 or something which i doubt). And from all the worlds they travelled to there's a high possibility of them learning how to become immortal or maybe because they travel world they become immortal. Also the time lumine woke up was when khaenri'ah was destroyed which was 500 years ago which proves my statement that the travelers are indeed over 500 years old.
@@LauraMoonlightTM nah its because the unknown god wanted to kill all of humanity because of human arigation and they were going to interfere with the unknown god's plan. My guess is that she let the twin that you chose to be imprisoned 500 years more into the future then the other one because of some plan she has.
Edit: this was a theory which was debunked in the we will be reunited quest. When the unknown god said the arrogation of mankind, she was referring to khaenri'ah a country with no god but was more technologically advanced than any other country at the time (around 500 years ago). They were also the one that made the ruin guards and hunters formally known as field tillers.

GREAT use of the currently available resources! The way you've arranged all of the information and synced it to mostly relevant on-screen visuals despite the game still being in Closed Beta is really something. Definitely earned a sub! I've been looking into the lore myself but not having access to the game, I've been relying mostly on reading all of the in-game lorebooks. From which I can recognize most of the info present in this video haha.

i have used the interactive map and pointed every single geo and anemo star on the map, and those who i suddenly found before activating the statue of the 7 i simply collected!
now i only need 2 more geo stars to go level 10 geo statue! and i still need to explore stormterror lair to get more anemo stars .. now where the hell can the last 2 geo stars be?! without including the extra 1!?

Some of the events involving the overthrowing of the Storm Archon is directly contradicted with Venti's in-game telling of the events in the AR36 quest. Do you plan to fix those or rerelease the video?
How so? His quest ends with him telling a story of how it happened. Itt matches the video
@@incog0956 No, it doesn't. The video says that Venti was already an archon and gave power to the Gunhildr clan to overthrow Decarabian. However, Venti confirms in his own story quest that he was merely a tiny elemental at the time of the overthrowing of Decarabian, and that the revolution happened because his young bard friend inspired the people to rise up with his songs of freedom.

I can do way more than just get into the story. I love the origin, the vibe, the culture, and the people of Mondstadt. I’ve never found a game I love more than Genshin. Not only have I found a great game, I’ve found a great story, that makes me feel sympathy, sadness, laughter, and so many other things that help me connect with the characters. It’s completely immersive and I could play it for hours.
You need more views, subs, and likes, this is just amazing

Might want to update this Historia. Like how Decarabian was the anemo archon at the time so technically Barbatos wasn't a thing yet or how Decarabian wasn't a tyrant in the traditional sense but was incapable of relating to his people in a human way. Also the land was a frozen wasteland around Mondstadt due to Andrius. There's more but yeah.

The Lore of Genshin trully is impressive, I love listening about it!
How rare it is to hear tale of the city.. barely a soul speaks for it such as much pity. Lord Barbatos Great and fair, yet absent and never there. When a city endangered, awoken from slumber.. Fixed right again and back to original. All soothed and now normal, take on to the day.. where he returns for protection and not wine.

if I didn't listen to this, I would be firm on my opinion saying that "Decarabian is a misunderstood ruler, a tyrant in peoples eyes, but what if he was just trying to protect them from harm (from Boreas), he behaved similarly to morax or any other god in the archon war, they all wanted to protect their people and most of them weren't soft like Barbatos" and I still believe my opinion, but this gave new insight on this.
Let's not forget that it was the Knights who talked shit about Diluc's dad.
Mihoyo does more homework than is on the surface.
Decarabian was not a cruel or selfish God. He was disconnected from his people and thought that they loved and praised him. He had no idea that his people felt trapped and resentful towards him. He created the storm barrier to protect his people, not to imprison them. He was greatly powerful but did not wish to fight.
I wonder Why Mondstadt ( German for Moon State/City) settled on their specific name.
Mondstadt is inspired by Germany, so the name of the city should be in German. Also Mondstadt is a city of romantics, and the moon is associated with them.
Moon hold a lot in Genshin Impact.. The history talk a lot of this moon.. oh wait i should use plural.. Moons
@@hisyammarzuqi55 well we don't know much about the moon goddesses, reveared as they are there's little concrete information about their whereabouts and fate, hell the only archon that might acknowledge them is the current hydro archon aka the god of "justice" as she mentions only laws and the Tribunal can truly judge someone including her.

Those were the wings from CBT 2 and 3 they no longer exist sadly. 1.1 update will be making a new set of wings available which are the same color in a much more attractive design.

There's one thing though that you got wrong. We know from Zhongli's history that Venti is the first and only Anemo archon that existed, since Zhongli and him are the only two archons left from the original seven seats (Baal died and was replaced by her sister Beelzebul after all). Venti ascended as a god (same level as Decabarian and Boreas) AND an archon (higher level than Decabarian and Boreas) after Boreas refused to take the archon seat of Monstadt since unlike Venti, he didn't especially cared for humans. So Decabarian was indeed a god, but no archon.
What if Mihoyo decided to make the reincarnation of Decarabian, who is now wanderer Anemo vision holder who seeks on the road of redemption. I mean if he's playable, he would either be a catalyst or sword main DPS based character. I mean, for a former ruler of Old Mondstadt and archon, he must be epic strong like Venti.

I wouldn't say he's lazy, I guess he just needs some rest knowing he got through the archon war, the old mondstadt issue, we blew the ice and snow away from the face of the world, the made a whole mountain fall into the ocean without a trace and he lost his best friend nnd decided to take the form of said friend so I guess he just wants to take a break from life and get rid of most of his old memories but he can't yk?

When you first visit the tre that's supposed to be the origin of Mondstadt, there's woman whose name I don't remember but she talks about the history of Mondstadt's foundation and names the Hero of Mondstadt, the founder. I'm not talking about Barbatos. She takes a Woman's name and I'm in utmost disappointment at myself for not being able to remember the correct name of the founder. I went back to see if tht NPC was still there, but she wasn't.... The problem is that my blurry memory tells me that the name of Mondstadt's Hero is "Cecilia".... And if you guys have played Honkai Impact 3rd, you know how big of a deal that name is!😭😭😭😭 I feel so sad that I'm not able to remember the correct name. I'm sleepless for days now 😭
If you mean the woman who ascended to Celestia by that tree at Windrise, that's Vennessa, and she wasn't the founder of Monstadt, but the founder and first Dandelion knight of the Knights of Favonius.

That was not public information at the time this video was made. I’ll be doing a timeline video in the future to fill in some of the gaps created by new information.
i still wonder what happened to decarabian. theres no way his death would only destroy a part of his tower if the god of salt’s death caused everyone in the vicinity to turn to salt. and that was a weak god too. im pretty sure decarabian is stronger than the god of salt, so if he died it would probably kill all of them. so what really happened to decarabian?

there arent much of it. the thing i can recall is the land is walked by many gods and the enviroment was harsh.. then the whole world become a battle royale called archon war. only 7 that consider have won the war become Archon and rule over a nation in tevyat... but there is one part of the land that is not ruled by any Archon..

There are... a lot of dubious claims in this video... Like, the "archon of wind" couldn't have been Barbatos, because he became the archon only as a result of Decarabian dying. Decarabian being the archon is even mentioned in the video. Also the description of Decarabian as intentionally "selfish and cruel" doesn't match the official lore at all. Barbatos changing the whole landscape for the Gunnhildr Clan is not what the lore says either (which only mentions a small shelter). Barbatos only changed the landscape after becoming the Anemo Archon. It's like the very general idea is here, but the rest is very misleading as to what has actually taken place and in what order.

where did you get this history?
The information within this video is taken from various sources, but is usually not arranged in an intuitive manner which allows for a narrative to be told without alot of research into where events overlap, or where they fall. Anyways most of the time I pull information from the official Manga, The official website's region tours, The official CN website, and also books that contain lore information that can be found ingame. After that I have to see where the information overlaps to sort it into a linear story.
The manga/ webtoon was decent, i read it.

Actually, genshin impact came out before september but wasn't exactly known until a few months later, that's why they knew about it but could have done some research.
Why has the city a German name?
Mondstadt was inspired by Germany in the same way Liyue was inspired by China. Supposedly app of the regions in the game will be inspired from real nations around the world.
The genshinimpact world is based off of actual regions, so mondstadt is germany, liyue is china, inazuma is japan and so on, that's why its got a germany type name in english meaning moon city.

True origin (copied from dragons dogma. Capcom wasted it's potential.) Maybe hire the same game developer as engine resemblance is there and it's a improvement. Breath of the wild is copied from capcom monster hunter afterall.
After reading Venti's story, i now have questions regarding consistency between this cid and the canon.
Venti’s personal story serves as additional information. It was not available at that time this video was made, however the timeline is still consistent.
