These are great. I hope Eachine can produce more scale heli with the direct drive mechanics. With the Blackhawk released, it is not going to be super hard to release the AH-64 Apache. Then please give us the Bell 407, UH-1 Viper, and perhaps more European helos like the AW139, AS365 Dauphin, A109 and more!
I believe its gonna be easy for them. they just can release new easy to replace shells for this E200 so people do not need to buy new helis but just replace the shells. this way they can sell the shells at good price and a whole lot of those.
@@alishanmao totally agree with this, selling optional shells so the Blackhawk can convert to new 'helis', even the 3D models can be converted just like the XK lineup with K110, K123, and K124.

Yes I know the actual factory who makes all these helis and eachine rebrands from them. so captain drone actually got it from that factory because they sell these in China locally by other name. basically they are the same thing. only eachine has different boxes LOL.

This little Sikorski UH-60 Black Hawk has been out for a few recent years. . . .its not a new product!!! Is sure is a quite sounding model for an R/C helicopter, Awesome & job well done! It needs a 4-blade tail rotor & the main rotors need to rotate counter-clockwise!Thanks for sharing this video!
There maybe other models of this heli but i can assure you, dual brushless motor direct drive 3D version of this heli, this is right here this one, for the first time
I want to get one for my brother. He can't get his head wrapped around why I like quadcopters but he likes helis and wings. His helicopters are all hand size. That's more like what I see him liking.
That is a great helicopter it looks really nice, it is good for scale flying. I am 3D pilot, and I see that helicopter can do 3D flight. I will say that the omp m2 helicopter is better for 3D because it is light weight. The eachine e200 will feel heavy to fly 3D.
yes it is heavy for 3D but having to have this capability, it adds more realism to scale flights, because you can pull scaled loops, and rolls. just like real helis can do. and still when you need some more tricks, it will do tictocs, inverted, backward inverted, funnels, and much more if you can do.
As an owner of this model and brand, the common issue with this helicopter is the tail motor going out in some models. Mine has a tail motor issue out of box

9:23 Negative! Even without the IR Suppressors seen on this highly accurate model one cannot see the exhaust any more or less than an airliner’s high bypass ratio turbines. And blade tracking on the real thing is onerous too, with all kinds of support equipment associated with the task. Thank you for mentioning that. P.S. nobody is dodging any anti-aircraft missiles in a Blackhawk. One can’t even avoid an RPG. Still, loop was awesome.

Im almost done with my XK K124 Italeri 1/48 UH60 night hawk conversion and it's a very similar Heli, a little smaller given that this is at 47th scale but has the same scale look for a tenth of the price
I see that there are Gunship scale helicopters like the cobra but they all require you to do the electronics. That is a step to far for me. Maybe sometime you might pick the electronics ideally for a helicopter and build and program the tx16s on a series of videos so a beginner like me can copy you?

This helicopter was not designed for long travel and does not have the feature of returning home like the drone, and I think that the amount of $ 600 for a Black Hawk helicopter of this size is a very large amount, as it is a helicopter designed for boys from 10 to 14 years old.
I am having a strange problem since last 2 months on my Eachine E200. It started all of a sudden mid flight and I crashed. Lucky it crashed over tall grass and the tail gear completely destroyed with one of the main rotor blades a little chipped from hitting the main shaft. Everything is good though. But the problem is my issue is not gone. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesnt. After throttling up and getting in the air the tail motor will power up and down throwing the heli in a powerful anti clockwise rotation and becomes impossible to fly. Its really scary to fly. Usually I hover a few inches above the ground for the first 2 minutes after take off and give some forward reverse inputs. If the tail rotor keeps unnecesarily powering high and down I quickly land it. It is also accompanied by a humming sound at around 40% throttle as if the body is resonating and shaft touching something and the sound disappears with throttle exceeding 50%. I checked the inside and nothing is touching the shaft and nothing is loose inside. Feels bad it almost useless now. Any suggestions?
WHAT??? NO ALTITUDE HOLD???!! That's one of the most amazing things about helicopters is that they hover!! I'll just continue to watch further into the video, but if there's no altitude hold then that would not make this an option at least for me. The new Coast Guard version you recently reviewed has optical flow (altitude hold) and GPS. Does this make it “toy grade?” Does this version have optical flow? I know it doesn’t have GPS.

ok you lost me here, because i have no idea what you are trying to do. i do not have the original radio anymore, I switched to TX16s and its better that way
I never got anywhere close to 9 minutes on mine. Of the three batteries that came with it, one doesn’t work. Toady I was flying and at about 4-5 minutes the green light was blinking so I was just hovering to see how long the battery would last. When it stopped, the battery was warm and the helicopter would not start with a new battery: no lights no nothing. I took it apart and cannot figure if the control unit has gone bad or what. I do not know how to include a picture via this forum but the multi prong board the battery connects to has three wires. The black one seems to connect to the both the prongs on the left. Is that correct or did it overheat so much the solder melted? I do not know what I need to do to repair it.
hey buddy, sorry to hear this. I am not sure what could go wrong. you will need to cool it down, charge batteries fully and retry. also if you can, make a video of your issue on youtube and then you can check in rcgroups forums for yuxiang helicopter Blackhawk UH-60. there many people can give you advise and if someone had same issue, can share how they got it working. i am still flying mine time by time and never had any issue so far. even that i do 3d and push batteries to limits.
My set up is modified from yours. I use less head speed on throttle curve. I am wondering if using lower head speed but controlling with pitch curve is bogging the motor and putting more stress on it creating more heat?
I have been studying the relationship between lowering headspeed via throttle curve (making the heli easier for beginner flight) vs changing pitch curve. It seems like various motors have a peak efficiency between 70-100% throttle and manufacturers do not generally list this specification. If you try to make the heli easier to fly by lowering throttle curve too much ( lets say 60%) some esc will overheat. As you are a knowledgeable more experienced pilot you may be comfortable at higher throttle curve and pitch settings. If I am correct you might could research this topic and do a video because I think what damaged my e200 was dropping throttle curve too low and it caused the esc/battery to overheat. It appears, for this helicopter, its safer to lower pitch curve and keep the throttle curve above, I guess 70 or more percent to make the heli more controllable without overheating and damaging it?
Thanks buddy. I will work on this concept as per my time. One of my friend exploded his main rotor head upon take off because running higher throttle curve. One of the blade almost hit my son playing football about 10 meters away. Imagine if we were close. That is the reason I don't want to run higher head speeds on this helicopter
In the Manuel u can read that u are able to deitch between mode 1 and mode 2. And on the backside of the transmitter... There are little screws for the spring on the sticks. So i think u don't have to open up the transmitter for changing springs and so on.
Hi Would like to know what for is the switch 5GH / Gyro or Flap Gear? Can you give me a suggestion how to land smoothly as flying is no problem, but on the last 50 cm id drops on the ground. Should I change the throttle or pitch curve? Did you make a setup for the TX16s? Thanks for your help Klaus
you can tweak the pitch curves and throttle curves. keep normal flight mode throttle curves to 0 - 55 - 55 - 55 - 55 or as per your desired head speed. and tweak the pitch curves so you have good control on blade pitches for smooth landing

I have a 60 scale Hughes 500E with full interior, pilots, lighting about the same cost as this. $70 batteries you can't use for anything else. $100 body,.... I stress more flying this Uh-60 than my 500E!! My neighbor flew his into a small branch crashing it wheels down. I took it apart "hard" and while well thought out was f r a g i l e. You don't repair but replace and of course what he needed was unavailable. He refused to pay $100+ $30 ship for the cracked but usable body but the looks IS its selling point and who wants to fly a damaged scale body? Some glue, inside tape but.... No. Pass.
I have to agree. Very hot machine but should have been priced around $25O. I pass. Note that they now sell this bird in a Coast Guard paint scheme with a cam and self-flying ability like a Mavic drone. Price: $600. Ridiculous. Pass again.

wassalam, Altitude hold is only in toy grade RC helicopters. this one is pure hobby grade, and totally 3D Capable

My set up is modified from yours. I use less head speed on throttle curve. I am wondering if using lower head speed but controlling with pitch curve is bogging the motor and putting more stress on it creating more heat?

I have been studying the relationship between lowering headspeed via throttle curve (making the heli easier for beginner flight) vs changing pitch curve. It seems like various motors have a peak efficiency between 70-100% throttle and manufacturers do not generally list this specification. If you try to make the heli easier to fly by lowering throttle curve too much ( lets say 60%) some esc will overheat. As you are a knowledgeable more experienced pilot you may be comfortable at higher throttle curve and pitch settings. If I am correct you might could research this topic and do a video because I think what damaged my e200 was dropping throttle curve too low and it caused the esc/battery to overheat. It appears, for this helicopter, its safer to lower pitch curve and keep the throttle curve above, I guess 70 or more percent to make the heli more controllable without overheating and damaging it?
Thanks buddy. I will work on this concept as per my time. One of my friend exploded his main rotor head upon take off because running higher throttle curve. One of the blade almost hit my son playing football about 10 meters away. Imagine if we were close. That is the reason I don't want to run higher head speeds on this helicopter

you can request for mode 2 radio when ordering
In the Manuel u can read that u are able to deitch between mode 1 and mode 2. And on the backside of the transmitter... There are little screws for the spring on the sticks. So i think u don't have to open up the transmitter for changing springs and so on.

you can tweak the pitch curves and throttle curves. keep normal flight mode throttle curves to 0 - 55 - 55 - 55 - 55 or as per your desired head speed. and tweak the pitch curves so you have good control on blade pitches for smooth landing

I have a 60 scale Hughes 500E with full interior, pilots, lighting about the same cost as this. $70 batteries you can't use for anything else. $100 body,.... I stress more flying this Uh-60 than my 500E!! My neighbor flew his into a small branch crashing it wheels down. I took it apart "hard" and while well thought out was f r a g i l e. You don't repair but replace and of course what he needed was unavailable.
He refused to pay $100+ $30 ship for the cracked but usable body but the looks IS its selling point and who wants to fly a damaged scale body? Some glue, inside tape but.... No. Pass.
bigger are better but smaller can be flown anywhere easily

Note that they now sell this bird in a Coast Guard paint scheme with a cam and self-flying ability like a Mavic drone. Price: $600. Ridiculous. Pass again.
