Volvo is for me probably best in class in terms of design outside and in. They all are similar to drive and adequately powerful. I might advise the hybrid version if you are economically conscious. The car is big but looks super.
I think this SUV drives more like an economy or utility vehicle than a luxury SUV. This XC90 is not a bad SUV, but it just lacks a luxurious feel, both in driving experience and comfort. I also think both the nappa and nubuck leather seats are too thick, stiff and uncomfortable, especially for long distance driving. Even though the top trim Inscription has a beautiful interior with beautiful (stiff) leather seats, the vehicle just does not feel luxurious in my opinion. In comparison to my wife's Lincoln Aviator, the Aviator seats are lambskin soft, the interior is far more quieter and the overall driving experience is more luxurious. In my opinion, the XC90 very nice, but not very luxurious overall.
Hi Nedahl I always use high heels, drive most Mercedes without problems, think it is easiest with cars that have floor mounted accelerator. You who drive many different cars, which do you think are the easiest and which are the most difficult to drive with high heels ?.
The only thing i am disappointed with this beautiful vehicle is sunroof, vehicle like this need to have sunroof all the way to the third row. such a beautiful built car can't be 100% with this half full glass roof.
This is more than 100k $ vehicle and all you mentioned was cup holder and leg room! realy?? Everthing described as nice, big, huge, perrty, classi... Feels like you review some toys
If... It's build in europe.. So your review is more than enough.. BUT if... It's NO build in europe.. So roomy, seats n cup holder review is not enough..
Was hoping that Volvo had turned the corner on quality and reliability with this latest generation of its vehicles, but I see they’ve just made the 10 least reliable car brands in the USA. (Mind you, not as low as VW). XC40 the least reliable model, followed by XC90. Do yourself a favour and buy a Lexus (#1 most reliable in the same survey)

Volvo, Lexus, Lincoln are underrated car's
Great review, very helpful, thank you
Awesome review. Love that colour, it’s gorgeous
I'm all about the big boot
Prestigious family car...nice
I just don’t get how and why this isn’t offered in a 6 seat version like the momentum and inscription trims...
How many car seats can it hold with proper anchors?
Great review, I drove a XC90 and it's very good but I felt it's a notch under the Mercedes Benz GLS
My opinion also, as compared to the Lincoln Aviator.
Great review, and this Volvo looks awesome!
Hey, thanks for this fascinating review 👍🏻 Did you mention the specific name of this color?
It’s called Thunder Grey 👍

best review
Does it has 4WD?

Great review..
Best interior around, but not worth twice as much as a Mazda cx9...
Yea it's cool too bad it's going to be obsolete in a couple years because Volvo is going full electric. A good lease buy though.
I’ve got the T8 version: plug-in. Plus Harman Kardon ... the works. Sweet.
Looks like a V90 Cross Country
Nice music
Gotta love how Aussies and Brits say Car 🚗... Cah...Cah...
Don't forget "cockpit"!
105k for an R Design ?seriously ! My Inscription wasn't even that much!
$105,000!!! May have to sell a kidney
Not really. You can get a used one for $45.000 with 10k miles on it
Australian Dollar not USD!
Its a perfect family car for Aussie battlers.
@@herbieherb8982 thats good. I like my kidneys
GOD
سياره السفتي فيها عالي وجميله وقويه وفخمه وسعرها معقول
Supercharged and turbocharged? Combining that complexity with Volvo's patchy reliability record 😂😭😂😭😂
And on top of that the fuel economy is worse than many 6 cylinders. What was the point of this 4 cylinder?
I guess you v never driven a volvo lol
Nappa leather. So much nicer than the 'virtue signalling' vegan interiors becoming more common now. .
I wouldn't pay over $100k for this. Interior is not that impressive and most features are standard these days.
The door armrests are weak, my only complaint of this car. Mine broke within a week, volvo australia won't honor the poor design
Nice vehicle, nice music, nice depreciation....not!
Martin Lang if one can afford to buy this car, one doesn’t worry about matters as trivial as depreciation 🥱
I think x5 would still be better value
As occasionally family cars.. All european brand cars is good..
As daily cars..only Europe's brand that build in europe is the good ones..

you are wrong.
@tom eng: what and who’s. post are you responding too? I cant see any comments related to Chinese ownership, funding etc..?
roto ehu go and lick your lexus you fan boy. Volvo is among top 3 reliable cars in the world with toyota and hyundai.
@tom eng: you can’t answer the question then, just pulled your original comment out of your arse
roto ehu - says a guy who have been near one anytime !
Too expensive, SsangYong Rexton for nearly half the money does the job 👍
Cx9 is quieter than this believe it or not.
The Volvo logo is sexist.
