It should be gruesome, there should be absolute chaos, and there should not be any rules. It is because of this match that I hated Drew vs Punk, it was built like a blood feud, but the match itself was very tame in comparison. Again, just an opinion.
People screaming and crying about how "gross" it was that Hangman drank Swerve's blood like it being gross was a negative infuriated me. It's SUPPOSED to make viewers go "oh ewww, holy shit, he's lost it".

I kinda want you guys to watch the Lucha Underground Hell of War match with Killshot (Swerve before he was Swerve) vs Dante Fox. It's this but somehow crazier.
GG was sat in front of me at all in and it’s safe to say he was extremely drunk however made danielson winning so much better cuz he just turned and looked at me in pure astonishment
WWE could never do a match like this ever again. I'd love to be proven wrong. AEW are far more free to push stuff like this to the front (though, the could pull back a bit just to make these types of matches feel more special)
