Ingredients: Marinated chicken with smoked paprika, lemon, garlic powder, olive oil, oregano, dried parsley Minced garlic Red pepper flakes Pecorino Romano with pasta water Broccoli edit: I made this myself and would suggest also adding some chicken stock to the sauce. you can also add in an egg to thicken it and make it more like a carbonara

Really, over-consumption is the biggest issue most people face. And obviously, a lot of the food we eat has chemicals, additives, and / or bioengineered components. Even the fruits and vegetables you eat and think are "healthy" fall victim to this. And you wouldn't really know unless you see with your own eyes where your food comes from and it's entire travel path from before it's grown to when it makes it in your mouth. Tldr: You're both wrong.

Aw man I had this for the first time in south beach the flavor was amazing. My only complaint is the size of the past used and the fact it was al dente. It was too firm for me. I definitely want to try it at home.

You need help if you get so worked up by a harmless reinterpretation of a recipe, I’m Italian and I don’t care about how other people like to eat, food should bring happiness and different cultures together, it’s ok to share and reinvent things too, so if to her this is better than Cacio e pepe let her be, she’s not here telling you this is the real recipe, she’s just enjoying her food and sharing it with her community.
