A bartender can have difficulty determining if a patron is too drunk to be severed but usually not. A salesman in a gunstore can’t have any idea of what the customer’s intentions are, nor should they be held accountable.
And the Government did the background check and then they are going out after the store that sent them the background check ok then they are the problem not the store 🙄
The government is just making doing business in America more, and more difficult in hope to close down more gunshops by making it harder for them than its worth to do business .
I have bought more than 10 guns in one day on gunbroker and had them shipped to my local FFL many times in the past. Yes I still have most of them, I rarely sell a gun. I know I am on many goberment list, it’s a little late to change now.
If the man lied on his BATFE Form-4473 and the gunshop had no reason to believe he is lying, it is not the fault of the gun store. If they knew or there were obvious signs, then they should be held to account. Most medium and large gun shops have one or two individuals who do nothing but handling BATFE paperwork.

I bid on auction sites online and have won four or five guns at a time. Sometimes a mix of rifles, shotguns and pistols, but sometimes just handguns. I was told that the LGS has to do a separate report to the sheriff's office if they transfer more than one handgun at a time to you. I say that I don't care I have nothing to hide. I am a net buyer of weapons and not a seller.
10 fire arms purchased at one store isn't illegal. 34 fire arms purchased isn't illegal. Owning 34 fire arms isn't illegal either. There is no limit set in the Constitution. Bogus laws.
With all due respect and at the risk of repeating myself, my major issue with this and many other channels is the lack of supporting news stories or links to verifiable sources. If that cannot be provided for the viewer interested in informative content, then it’s just one individuals opinion.
Heh and I just went and picked up a little something something today..... I really hope no one knocks and kicks in my door... I just got this thing and would hate for it to end up in an evidence locker already.
Unless they have a search, or arrest warrant you don't have to answer the door or talk to them. If you do talk to them you can legally order them off your property.
i would love to afford 10 guns a year or a week.... but buying 10 or 11 in one day, let alone 34.... just makes no sense, if i had THAT kind of money for gun shopping, i would be looking at one or two 8k or 10k guns, such as a .50 cal.... either way that is not the stores fault, if someone wants 10 or 15 of something who am i to say they cant buy it? unless they actually TELL me they are buying for other people, it aint got nothing to do with me..... i had a chance to learn gunsmithing from a master when i was like 18 or 19, so glad i did not go down that path... background checks back and forth JUST to take possesion of one to repair for 2 days and give it right back, ANOTHER background check? pfft glad i am not in that business. if the atf didnt like him buying so many guns on one day, they should have been the ones to say no, it is NOT the stores job to turn around and say no if the atf said go on ahead.
I think the gun store should have thrown a red flag right there not everybody buys 10 guns in one shot and how can this guy pass FBI background and then turns around and sells the guns to thugs unless and then he erases the serial numbers?
If my friend Joe brings me into the gun store and I pick out a gun and he pays for it, I full out the 4473 and get a proceed is that a straw purchase??
No it wouldn't be a straw purchase if you are the buyer and fill out the 4473 no matter who pays for it. If that were the case then all gun raffle tickets would be considered straw purchases because the organization that sold the tickets paid for the firearms.
I’m a 2d amendment supported, but if one goes to a store and buys 10 guns…that’s not a common transaction. Are all the guns similar or the same? It’s just suspicious at best, to each his own but you can’t deny that this is an unusual transaction and it will cause the ATF to be curious as to why. Just saying!!!
Transactions like that are suspicious. Especially if the buyer keeps coming back at regular intervals to buy mulitples of the same thing and especially guns that have no real collectors appeal. It's just obvious gunrunning.
For a drawing the person winning the firearm is usually required to go to the gun shop and fill out the BATFE Form-4473 themselves and pick up the firearm from the dealer in person.

This kind of overreach is a dangerous precedent.

Probably the ATF setting it all up.
Fight! Fight! Fight! Vote RED.

True about the report. Guns are weapons
I half expect the states to try to take over gun sales. Like Liquor here in Pa.
Don't give them any ideas
Would the government shut down a food if a bad check was passed in it

Ammo will be next and controlled by our social credit score.
Yeah but in today's world you got to have a little bit of Common Sense😅
Fast and furious? Anyone.
Thanks, Mark.
They did the checks and if he had seven days between single handgun purchases no additional papers or notifications was needed
Can't imagine what the guy had to charge on the street for those guns he bought.
Where is Maggie?
I feel sorry for them, not much of a living

I always buy privately. No need for new firearms
Yes sir😅

😲 (I suppose 'serialized part' didn't get his attention!) 😲
A parent can buy and gift a firearm to their child. That is not a straw purchase.
Well that’s not the same as buying guns to sell to those who have convicted felon records
Yea if yr going to buy 2 or 3 Guns in the same day you might be getting a visit from the ATF
I doubt that
So you can’t sale guns isn’t that what they want
Enough fear porn Mark. Every day is filled with new opportunities and energy. Stop the gloom and doom, please.
Stop coming here, please.
