It was already passed in the House. It just has to either pass the Senate also, or the Senate has to come up with their own similar bill. Then the two half of Congress conference until they confine them into one bill and pass it into Law. Then, the President still has to sign it. So, Speaker McCarthy has actually done pretty close to all that he can do, for right now. Until the Senate passes a similar bill or reviews the House bill and passes it.

If he meant business he wouldn’t be sending his staff to meet the presidents staff. He would be there in person. I am really disappointed in this I mean really disappointed and I feel that we all should be how difficult is this process going to be now that staff members are handling negotiations without the power to negotiate any thing they come up with will have to get approval. I see this turning into another huge waste of time they meet for a couple hours step out to make phone calls and come back to negotiate ridiculous
