    1. Upright Single arm Seated Cable Rows 3 X 10-12
    2. Bent Over Bench Supported DB Rows 3 X 8-10
    3. Inverted Rows (Smith Machine) 3XAMRAP
    4. Single Arm Overhead Wide Grip Pulldown 3 x 12-15

    New content = yay! I'm an avid rock climber whose back somehow got left behind a bit in my quest for strong fingers/forearms. The fact that you offer so many high quality variations is really valuable. If I may ask, what is your athletic background, Hunter? The control and attention to detail in your lifts is way above average, even for highly experienced fitness folks. Anyway, much love and thanks for the quality content!❤

      Rock climbing?! Now thats cool! & thanks I appreciate it! Ive been weightlifting for over 12 years and a trainer/coach for over 10, so it comes with the territory💪 Practice makes perfect😁

      @@HunterChilton Heck yeah, rock climbing! It's like lifting except that practice does not make perfect-not even close.😂 It's an excellent sport for people who like to work hard and progress over the years. Give it a try, I think you might like it.

    hey! I just came from your bleached hair video and I was wondering why you didn't continue bleaching your hair? was it too damaging for your long hair? I have below butt length hair and I also want to lighten it but I'm not sure if it is worth it?

      Hey! Okay, so a few years back I had to find a new hairdresser because I moved and she ended up frying a lot of my hair off one day (like to the scalp in the back). I had hair falling out of my head for weeks🙃 so anyways.. I then found a new amazing hairdresser and we chopped off all my hair (if you look back you can see how short my hair was cut) and basically started over, but I was so traumatized from my hair falling out that I ultimately decided the last time i colored my hair that I wanted to take a few years of a break on any dye so I can start fresh with my new girl and with healthy hair. I’m going to go in soon to add more blonde back but I just had to let it get healthy again.
      So basically, I’ve been dying my hair my whole life with no problems! Everyone’s hair is different, but if you go to someone who actually knows what they’re doing, you’ll be good.
      My main questions for hairdressers to immediately know if they’re safe for long hair going blonde is - 1. how long will the appointment take? If they say a short time frame (3 hrs or less) or aren’t willing to go outside of a time frame to let your hair process slowly and right… RUN. (My hair takes 6+ hrs to do on average) 2. What developer are you using? If its anything more than 20… RUN. A majority of it should be on the lower end. My girl will use as low as 5 in some spots if she knows its going to be on a while bc when you have long hair it takes forever to babylight, but majority is around 10. 3. Basically the products they use- make sure they’re super high quality.

    Question. I know you love the gym and gym life is your channel. But because you also have a home workout program, are you going to post homeworks? Also, are you going to post more recipes and meals? Ofc it’s totally fine if you don’t. But I just wanted to ask.

      Hi🫶🏼 I think I answered your question on this in another video! I share my actual workouts with you guys and because I train in a gym that’s why they’re mostly gym based. I can definitely get some more home friendly workouts up, I would just need to plan ahead for it. I’ll keep it in mind! Maybe I’ll try to get some full dumbbell workouts up ! We’ll see😁
