Hey! Thanks for the video, i sometimes get error14, especially after going over bumps. From the other comments i read, there might be only a bad connection, so i can try unplugging and replugging the wires first. However, i have a question about the plastic screen cover, it seems to click in place, but also has some adhesive. Should i add some?
@@ahmadnaser365 did you connect it properly? check every thing! and make sure that the handle don't stick close to the accelerator when you turn it on!
Hello, please I have a question. my scooter is like yours, I bought it on Amazon 6 months ago. for 1 month when I ride with my scooter there is a resistance on the front wheel as if it is braking but the thrust of the motor forces it to roll and when the device is turned off, the front wheel always has resistance and does not poop because there is no speed on the device. what could be the cause please???

Thanks 👍 this will be fun after replacing both tires of my daughter's step. But i am wondering if there is a power connector that we should disconnect first, before disconnecting the others. It was not so clear why you disconnected most of them, was it for an electrical safety or just to have better access?
@@effedrien it's doesn't matter how do you disconnect them, just turn off the scooter and disconnect.. nothing will happen, if you do it correctly (i mean no wet hands, hawk tuah on the contacts) 👍 but if you are aware, disconnect the battery block.
@@RMFUNTIK I was afraid that if I turn off the scooter, there is still power on that little PCB, although the display is off. In that case it could make short circuit if it touches metal while it is hanging loose. So I thought maybe you disconnected the others for that reason 🤔
Remove the second top small plastic piece and remove two bolts (top and bottom) and then remove front head light, this will provide you with space you need.
@@RMFUNTIK😂 it's because for us 'scooter' refers to those that have a seat, for the ones without seat we use another word. The French have a funny word for it ' trottinette' and in Dutch it's called 'step'. I also didn't know in English it's called both scooter 😅

@@vladutz8 it doesn't have a click, it's sitting on a adhesive tape.. if it's sticky don't apply, if it's not apply ..
Hi, ich habe den Gashebel gewechselt und der Fehlercode ist weg. Aber der Scooter nimmt kein Gas an. Woran kann das liegen ?

I don't remember, it was the fuse on the bms, or the ripped battery cell connection..

No there is no power.. (i guess :D) i disconnect them because of the convenience, i need to remove them out of the way to replace throttle..
