Copying this in my world with structure blocks left most villagers out (yes copy entities was on). Instead there were husks. After killing them and trying to spawn in villagers with a villager egg, it spawned quite a few entities over each other, resulting in any kind of mob being in the place of a villager. Never seen Minecraft doing that. Conclusion: Please do a block by block tutorial!
I have NEVER heard that before Dragons!! (good to see you btw, feels like its been ages!) I have done a few block by blocks for the individual farms over the last couple of weeks... I am working up to a full tutorial, but it could be a biggy
It has indeed been ages. The reason it does that is probably because I tried to load it in a minecolonies world, with some mods. I did recognize a few of your tutorials in this world, and had to take it apart, because I copied it one block too high. Intriguing how you made it all fit together so tightly.
This is an awesome idea In my current world, I'm building something like this around a chunk loader so it's producing around the clock. Obviously farms that depend on random ticks need workarounds... It's an awesome concept to speed things along
I needed this!!! I've been hoping forever to ask for the smallest versions of farms I can build, to make a micro farm base! :D I don't mind a little manual effort here and there, when the redstone would be cumbersome.
Thank you for this, Avo. Lovely content as always. Anytime I start to get a little tired of Minecraft I watch a couple of your videos and get excited to go back to my world.
There is a Zombie spawner dungeon at (-708, -42, 542) in a cave if you want to add another xp farm. It's also right next to an amethyst geode, so you should have plenty of tinted glass for your spawner room to make it dark but you can still see in. Not to mention it's close to some slime chunks, so it gives you xp that way, too with some slimes. Let me know if you want me to make a video.
I really like this farm complex. Nice that you could also make it your base. Thinking I might use this or a variation of it on another server. I am curious though, which of these farms don't work on bedrock in case I would like to do something similar in a bedrock world (seeing how I play both).
Thank you so much for this! I figured out how to download my first ever world! I'm looking forward to looking around and figuring out how all of these farms work (I am an older woman who's new to MC, but not new to gaming, so I have a lot of redstone to figure out). Thank you so much for this!
How about turning the wheat farm into automatic wheat farm using a villager. Just put a composter in the middle with a block, preferably a light source block, and then a trapdoor on the top half of all 4 sides of the light block and then 4 more trapdoor, 1 on each diagonal of the light block at the same level as the first 4 trapdoors. You could even put one top of the light block to make it look like a hat with a brim that goes all the way around. You then just need a way to collect all the wheat & seeds that the farmer villager drops once his inventory is full. You could use either hoppers under the farm or a hopper Minecraft system to collect it under the farm. Going a bit further, you could then feed the automatic wheat farm into a sorting system that separates the wheat from the seeds and have the seeds auto feed into an auto-composter and the wheat to a chest to feed cows in a cow farm.
This is not even complex at all, he just compacted different afk farms in a small area.. If you wanna make this super compact farm, vids for each farm are in his channel.. Nice vid btw..

Would love to see some expansion on the all-in-one series rather than just pure updates to it. 16 by 16 by 16 cube base, maybe a larger 32 or 50 one as well.
This is awesome, but I wonder if these will work for MCPE? Nothing Redstone does for real, or it has to be tweaked to. This would be great for the new world I am building. I might give it a try and let you know how it goes.
about 66% of them will work on Bedrock Kate... things like the Iron Farm and the Carrot farm dont, and the wheat farm needs dispensers instead of trapdoors. Some of the others do work though
