All I see in all chat is Polish, Russian or someone flaming the enemy after they died to them. Like a Yas calling Katarina a "no skilled champ" or "kys", and the usual "ggez" at the end of the game. In my experience it will reduce toxicity.

I love the Gl Hf, and the joking around and chatting in all chat. Granted, im a low elo player and mostly play casual so it is a lot more chill and on average I see way less feeders and blatant trolls. All chat is where I get the community aspect of league. Even just the Gl Hfs are nice, but even more than that you get the people talking about random shit or just a few quick enjoyable back and forths either jokes or something. I see these way more on all chat than team chat. Hell theres a good amount of games where im just not having fun, and my team might even be shitting on me in team chat and someone in all chat says something nice or encouraging or just a bit of levity from your team spam pinging everytime you die.
the only problem i have with the removal is that its not empowering players with their choice. If someone doesnt like all-chat, myself i have never used all-chat because why would i want to know what my enemy is saying, its simple enough to disable. Your own team is far and away the worst source of interaction. Having daddy Riot come in to force it upon players is just silly
I don't understand LS's and Nemesis's thoughts here on all-chat. It already is disabled by default. You have to enable it in settings to use it. All it does is disenfranchise the community from the game itself and this poses a problem for its longevitity and engagement. Perhaps Riot wants to do this however to artificially transfer its playerbase to its future MMO

The jinx passive buff is MUCH more than a dagger when it's triggered! A dagger grants 12% bonus attack speed, which for Jinx (with a 0.625 base AS) means an extra 0.075 attacks per second Jinx's passive is calculated differently than percent attack speed: it's a flat multiplier to attack speed AFTER level-up and item stats are calculated. So if she had 1.5 AS (for example) before popping the passive then pre-buff it would increase to 1.725 an now its 1.875. So while it's still a fringe-case that the passive is on in the first place, the buff is a SIGNIFICANT increase to her potential output. We'll see how it plays with the reworked Lethal Tempo for big popoff plays.

Main thing I used all chat for this season was basically just to compliment enemies for sick plays. First riot removes the option to honour enemies, and now they take away to communicate and exchange banter during the game. It's almost as if they want to remove the social aspect of League, which tbh is one of the reasons I was still playing. Won't stop because of this, but it's still sad.

You can disable all chat, the first time you start a game, all chat is disabled if I'm not mistaken, you can change that to be enabled always. Why would they remove it?
There’s been a few times times where all chat has been good where I get shit on in lane and I ask the enemy for tips or they give me tips and not flame me but that’s VERY RARE
I think we will see all chat come back to the NA server pretty quick, although I play in the Korean server so I think the argument is that yeah, in NA people have fun with all chat. In Korea, there really isn't the same level of banter or funny uses of all chat and people literally use it so much, that I think 8/10 games I have to report people for racism or harassment in chat and I always get a notification that they were punished. I have had to play with chat off for so long because it tilts me so hard to just see one of the players on my team standing afk for 30 seconds just to type an essay in all chat about how their team is trolling, so I think it will stay disabled in Korea.

Nemesis dont know that in EUNE we play arams for fun because rankeds suck and we actually have fun laughing and cheering each other up with the enemy players most of the times, of course there is always 1 idiot that flames even the enemy team, but mostly they flame in TEAM CHAT not in ALL CHAT, Riot taking hard drugs again, doesn't even surprise me anymore XD They should delete the whole game at this point.
All chat gets used a lot in for fun game modes. Not as much in ranked (although here in NA I don't see much flame, mostly just glhf, ggwp/ggez, and the occasional surprise at what a champion can do are what I see most often), but they're disabling it for normals/aram/urf/etc. which I hate because all chat in those modes is great.
My only problem with removing all chat is that it will do nothing to the problem. All chat is off by default. So it's your freedom of choice to participate. It's just riot blaming the game problems on chat AGAIN and ignoring actual issues. And really at this point it's pathetic and equally pathetic that people defend it. If they are concerned about new players joining the game, they should add a useful tutorial and better bots (thats where most new players start). Even without allchat (and i think its a good change, cause allchat has no purpose and emotes still work), new players will get flamed into the ground by thier teammates. The players are not robots, no matter what Riot does they will keep flaming. The game is designed to piss you off since you can lose a whole game from just one player's mistake or intentional mistake. In Csgo or valorant you can solo carry so there's less flame, but here you can't.

I only use all chat for pre game jokes and chatting, sometimes I give the enemy advice (they usually ignore it anyway) Stuff like this doesn't happen in highly ranked games.
I don't buy the "all chat removed for new players" since it's disabled by default, meaning those new players need to manually enable all chat, and in that case if they are finding it toxic(which, imo, team chat is much more often where the toxicity occurs), the players already know how to disable it. But it's mainly the disabled by default, which is why I don't accept the new players argument

I only used /all chat to tilt my opponents, and only very rarely. Just giving them the casual question mark or "lol" after they fail to dive me or I 1 vs 2 them when I get ganked or something.

roasting enemies in all chat helps with tilt. Not being able to gives you the feeling of being powerless and not being able to reach the enemy sucks.

You guys play the game cause its your job and others play it for fun. All chat is for that fun factor.
I only use all chat for pre game jokes and chatting, sometimes I give the enemy advice (they usually ignore it anyway)

Let’s be real here. All chat is not as fun in high elo since people there are shut-in losers. In lower elo all chat is actually based.

I don't buy the "all chat removed for new players" since it's disabled by default, meaning those new players need to manually enable all chat, and in that case if they are finding it toxic(which, imo, team chat is much more often where the toxicity occurs), the players already know how to disable it. But it's mainly the disabled by default, which is why I don't accept the new players argument

Do you think that Teemo may shift down to becoming a APC in bot lane? I mean, if you can blind a marksman for a flat two seconds there aren't a lot of marksman that can flat out just win with abilities in trades.
