Short crank cycles and stop for a 4 second between them. Holding it down just pushes the heat out of the cylinders. For me at least it’s crank for the heat and then letting that do the work for the next rotation to fire up.
on 5sec , off on 5 sec off. Do that 10 times before even using the start position. That's how I get mine fired up in the cold because of my p0016. I cycle them glowplugs like its a 6.5 !
