I am currently doing research about learner autonomy for my essay semester project, and I just knew that this video will help me a lot. Thank you, Ben and Cambridge!

I have been teaching this way for decades. Curiosity is the motivation for learning; not grades. Grades are a form of conditional learning which only encourage "learned helplessnes". It's about time that certain teachers stop micromanaging their students and let them learn. Control only leads to compliance. Autonomy leads to engagement.

Great video! May I suggest in the future that the speaker's camera is enlarged? It helps us to see the presenter's body language. Perhaps even as large as 2-3x. That would be wonderful. Thank you!

Hi! Ben mentioned that there would be a link in the description to some of the literature on this topic. However, I can't see it. Could you add the link please? Thanks
