I have been teaching this way for decades. Curiosity is the motivation for learning; not grades. Grades are a form of conditional learning which only encourage "learned helplessnes". It's about time that certain teachers stop micromanaging their students and let them learn. Control only leads to compliance. Autonomy leads to engagement.
Great video! May I suggest in the future that the speaker's camera is enlarged? It helps us to see the presenter's body language. Perhaps even as large as 2-3x. That would be wonderful. Thank you!
