Well there are three fuse box locations on kenworth t680, one in the firewall driver side under the hood, under the steering wheel and under the sleeper. I believe the two never itself should have a fuse as well, hope this helps,
A little late but a lot of factors play for it to keep it hot, whether you have a apu or inverter, since it’s a lvd relay if you don’t turn off all components in the trucks safety relay to conserve power it will engage when volts are below a threshold I belive lower than 10volt hope this helps.

@@111jslay it was a fuse next to the batteries, it's called littlefuse MEGA 200A. thanks for your help.
I am having the same issue im still trying to figure it out... the relay works but it is always hot even when everything is off
